I was so confused as to how I kept getting more of a product I rely on but have too much of. Enter Sandy. She somehow helped get my products in order and presented a time out period of recovery thus continuing on with a more evenly based plan. She got it right when I couldn’t. I was over whelmed and she was a steady influence. Now I am back on track. Sandy, I so appreciate you! And thanks to a company which is in business to actually help people in their health journey. I admire an honest business and you are that! I’m grateful.

They got back to me immediately. Understood the problem and were ready to take care of it and then had someone research it, explain it and I was completely satisfied with the explanation.

The representative did well as been timely in the response to my questions. I do not know whether the information went beyond her to the upper level levels about the shipping routes being so convoluted.

My concern is that supplements are fragile and susceptible to temperature changes. I ordered, the label was created in Salt Lake City, Utah… I live in St. George Utah, which is a 4 Hour Dr. I show shipping routes from Salt Lake City Utah, to New Jersey, to California, to Las Vegas, to St. George, Utah.
The routing seems to be weird, especially for fragile products, such as supplements. Suggest that Luma simplify their shipping routes.

Company is really caring about you and your product, they answered in any concerns or questions, and price is exelente compering with others companies, and also if you Google it for best product this is the best product.
