- The lowest rates
- LugLess is bringing rock-bottom luggage shipping rates to the 99%. We make it super easy for you to get the cheapest FedEx® or UPS® shipping label possible and let you choose what extras you need, like doorstep pickup or additional coverage. That way you only pay for the options you use.
- Pack it, ship it, relax
- Never worry about packing too much again. If you would otherwise check it, LugLess can help you send it. Ship golf clubs to the course, ship skis to the mountain, and we can even make it easier and cheaper to ship things to school. There is no award for the biggest struggle through the airport!
- Easier than checking
- We can’t decide if the best part of using LugLess is the price or the convenience. And frankly, we’re not sure the answer even matters. For the cost of checking, you can ship your baggage and avoid the hassle. Don't let your baggage be your baggage!

I am sorry to hear that your bag was damaged while in transit with FedEx! Damage like this is very rare, as your bag should always be handled with care by our carriers. However, we do recommend boxing your luggage to prevent wear and tear.
Unfortunately, the Minimal support plan selected for your booking includes $0 of value protection for damage, so our claims team will be unable to offer compensation for the damage to your shipment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience!
