On time and where we needed it.

While the actual shipping was great, the communication was a NIGHTMARE. During booking process they didn't return calls or at most sent back vague uninformative emails. I was kept in suspense until the last minute as to whether they would even pick up from a riverboat in France though it was on their website. One agent said they would only pick up at "the port gate" (there was no such location.) 3 days before pickup they said I hadn't completed their forms although I had and even though another agent agreed with me. They billed me for 2 shipments when it was only one (they did fix that later).Agent "Jackie" was wonderful; the others were mediocre.

We have used Luggage Forward 4 trips now. This is the first time we’ve had issues. There was no agent at the pier to collect our bags to send home. We had an early flight and were compelled to leave them with a pier representative. We also were not told they would be delivered UPS ground so waited for days for any updates whether our luggage had even been collected by Luggage Forward. We did not receive updates until the day they were to be delivered. They did eventually arrive but it would have been nice to have the correct expectations set when we booked. It was a holiday weekend so live customer service was not available. Will use again, though.

Had a few days in Italy before heading out on a cruise. Didn’t want to deal with both a carry-on and a checked bag so our largebag ahead to our ship. This worked so great for us to not have to lug both bags around while spending days on land before boarding our ship. Will definitely take advantage of the service again.

Unbelievable service.

Chose to use this service for a European Trip where I wasn’t trying to minimize luggage. Based on previous reviews, I decided to try it. Wow did they make the entire process easy, professional, and their tracking system gave us confidence that everything was going to plan. First class all the way. A rare thing to find in this day and age. Bravo!

It worked out great to not have luggage to deal with. Our luggage was picked up at the arranged time and made it to the port and on the ship with no issues. Our only complaint was that when our luggage was a little slow arriving on the ship we called LuggageForward and it took 2 days to hear back. Fortunately luggage arrived shortly after on the ship.

Luggage was picked up promptly at the beginning of the trip. I received an email when it had arrived at the cruise terminal.At the end of the cruise I had instructions on what to do with my bag and it arrived at my home without a glitch.
As the years go by it is hard to carry a big suitcase through the airport and this makes it so easy.

I sent a brand new blue luggage suit case and it arrived completely black as if it was ran over by a car

Got the job done in the time frame expected.

I especially appreciate that I was able to handle this entire process on-line without have to make any phone calls.

Due to an accident, we had to cancel our trip only a few days before it was supposed to begin. our luggage had already been picked up and was waiting for us in the embarkment port. i sent an email explaining the situation yo luggage forward and before the cruise ship left the port, our luggage was shipped back to our home address. We won't hesitate to use luggage forward for our next trip.
