Lucky creek is absolutely awful! I have played there for a while putting up with a lot of S!!! from them!! This was the last straw for me! I won a thousand dollars and withdrew it and they screwed up the account number and sent it to a different account. They admitted that they made a mistake and showed me the account number they sent it to! They put my institution numbers in the middle of my account number. They then proceeded to tell me that the financial department would be in touch and that the thousand dollars they sent to the wrong account would come back to them!! That was withdrawn at the beginning of July. We are now in September!! I still don’t have the money and I’ve sent a million emails trying to get them to speak with me. The only 2 times they’ve responded is to say that it has been paid out and to look in my statement for the square whatever deposit! Regardless of how many times I’ve told them that I didn’t get it even though they even admitted and showed me their mistake they just keep ignoring me!!! And I still haven’t got my money months later! This isn’t the only incident that I’ve had with this casino either this was just my last straw with this place! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I became a member of Lucky Creek casino…
I became a member of Lucky Creek casino in 2020 and spent thousands of dollars here with minimal wins. They offer you bonuses with playthroughs that are not really impossible but oddly, as you reach closer to completing the playthrough requirements, you start to lose. Coincidence? Who can tell.. I stopped playing there completely in 2021. In 2022, I received a check in the mail to try out another of their sister casinos Grande Eagle. The check said it was only to be deposited at Grande Eagle and that is was not a bonus. That made it subject to their terms and conditions for special casino chips and checks. Those are: you must play through 10x the amount of Check or chip. Minimum to withdrawal is 5x the amount of the chip or check, maximum is 10x. I won enough to take out the max of 10x but they only paid 5x. They gave me multiple different reasons at first. They would tell me to call the next day after they said I was right, and then they would say I was wrong after I called back. It’s been a back and forth and frankly, they were not expecting me to win what I won. In the end they blamed it on not depositing at lucky creek since 2021 as they are “sister casinos” but I deposited twice at Grande Eagle where I played at in Dec 2022 so if they are sister casinos and I deposited where I played, did they set me up to lose by sending me a check to play at another casino a year after my last deposit with them? I mean they are not recognizing my deposit at the casino that matters so I am assuming they did set me up to lose. Or, and this is probably the most true; THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE CASINO. Do not play here or waste your money at this casino or any other of their sister casinos.
