Similar to many here, I would rate 0 if available. waiting for a payout - got the confirmation text - "congratulations on your winnings" told 48 hours to review and 5 days t pay - well been waiting and contacting them daily - "because of bank holidays and the festive season" no more payouts until Jan 2nd? This will be over 19 days since winning. seems my play on Hard Rock Bet arrives usually within hours. interestingly I landed on the web page and played thinking it was Hard Rock Bet - marketing team does a great job at misdirecting internet traffic, finance team sucks. stay away

Ive been playing games in LuckyCreek now for a year & a half. They are my favorite online casino. I haven't had any bad experiences with them, they are extremely friendly, and they are the only casino, out of many I have played at, that send me coupons in the mail, not email, which they do send emails too, but this company goes out of their way and sends me holiday cards in regular mail with coupons for free games, match bonuses, and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 coupons, I'm talking several, in one card that is printed out on a full colored, really nice huge card. They have really been the most friendly online casino I have ever had the pleasure to play at. I never asked them for anything, I'm writing this review because they have impressed me, and I believe they deserve a 5 star review. I don't give good reviews unless they deserve it, and LuckyCreek, in my opinion, has proven to be a 5 star business. Thank you LuckyCreek, shine on.

I love the variety of games and the customer service is okay but they take forever to pay out. The verification process is unbelievable. I think they should do the verification before allowing somebody to deposit money with them. They'll let you deposit and take your money ASAP. But to get your winnings it took over 10 days it's almost like they want you to play out your winnings.

Terrible site!!
Terrible site! I have won over $900 in the past month. They only sent me $180 for ONE of my winnings. That was for a $200 withdrawal which they charged $20 to wire transfer to my banking institution. Honestly, I believe this casino is fraudulent and so are its staff. Based on the many negative reviews I’ve read here, I think it’s safe to say I won’t be receiving the rest of my withdrawals. VERY disappointed in “lucky” creek. They should change their name to “you’re s#%^ out of luck if you think we’re going to pay out your winnings to you.”

I wish I'd read this before playing because many of the same things listed from other users apply to me. Won a bonus of $2400, cashed out (process was very cumbersome) then told they can only cash out $1000. Ok fine. I asked if the remainder would be credited back to account...they said the casino keeps that. I asked why play if they won't pay winnings and won't credit. I got no response. Crickets. Waiting weeks and still don't have the $1000.

Its been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my money. It's still in "flushed" mode. I contacted again yesterday and the person told me he would personally see to it that it would get processed. Still nothing. I'm hoping and waiting.
Update 9/24/2025:
I received my money yesterday. It took about 19 days from withdrawal to receiving it in my bank account. If you're looking for fast payout, this is not the casino for you. I do love the games and I actually win on this site.

My initial experience was not great because of an interaction between a casino chat fellow. The following day, casino host, Damian rang me personally to help me set my password and went a long way to make things right. I don’t leave stern reviews for nothing. I write them to be heard. Somebody needs to shut this place down
Somebody needs to do something about this casino! They are straight criminals! I won over $3,000 and tried to cash out and they gave me some bull crap about a match bonus so I was only able to cash out $980. They took the rest of it and put it back into the casino. Been waiting on my withdrawal for over…
Been waiting on my withdrawal for over 2 weeks now. It's been flushed for 5 days. Was told no more then 3 days via Bitcoin, supposedly escalated to finance team. I'll believe it when I see it. Nothing but excuses and no payout.

Am I ever going to get my money?
Love the games! Withdrawal process makes it not worth playing there. Requested withdrawal July 7, as of today July 21 I still have not received Bitcoin. My advice is go to a casino that has instant cash out within minutes.
Edit: After submitting this review, I got Bitcoin transfer today July 21. Coincident?

Don’t waste your time
Been waiting almost 2 weeks for my withdrawal by bitcoin (their fastest method of paying). My cash out has been “flushed”, now I’m told that whenever finance decides to “process” it, I should get it 5 days from that point so who knows how long. Why screw around with this casino when there are others out there that actually pay with in a reasonable time without playing games with your money.
