Do NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. I have deposit money and got a bonus that I was told I needed to play what ever amount do to be able to cash out. Which I did and finished winning 10, 000 dollars. I contacted the casino and ask if that was real money and if I could withdraw and I also explained that had received a bonus on my deposit. The person I spoke said yes congratulations you have won and yes you can cash out. I did cash out and then I was told to wait for 48 hours because finance needed to make sure everything was good. So I waited for almost 3 weeks and only had received 940 dollars out of the ten thousand dollars. When I ask about they said that because I had received a bonus I could only get one thousand dollars out of the ten. I ask them to explain why I was told this before and costumer service was rude and just give me pure lies. The nine thousand dollar was taken away and when I ask about it they said oh well you can get bonus from us if you ask. But that is also a lie because they do not give you anything unless you deposit. This is the worse casino online.

Casino sucks . I got all the way up to $300 and then I tried to withdraw and it said I had to make a deposit to complete free spins . Then. This site knew that I was dealing with identity theft issues from the start of creating my account with them. And they knew money was being stolen from my financial accounts. I added money to this site as a means of trying to protect it from being stolen from me, and then they did! I got the complete run around with having my money reimbursed that wasn't used for any gambling purposes and then became rude with me when speaking to customer service support about this situation. In fact I even reported to them directly about an unrecognized card on my account myself and 3 others that were mine, but began having issues with them so I had updated to one new card and asked for all the others to be removed. They removed only the one card account that should have remained on the account. And then called me a liar, stole all my money from me, and placed some sort of gambling addiction response on me for trying to have my money refunded back to the original account that sent the money. They claim its been sent, but my account says it's not there, wasn't ever sent back. And now, they hold an illegal 3rd party block on all my accounts that were also hyjacked or compromised by hackers so that none of my evidence against them can be given to police or investigators. They stole my money and then lied about everything including the chat logs for which showed that I had reported such incident as that unrecognized card account myself and asked for a proper resolution for the situation. Lucky creek casino is a scammer site and they are genuine thieves!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BITCOINS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. BETTER OFF NOT EVEN PROVIDING ANY REAL PII INFORMATION EITHER BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL IT TO THE DARK WEB!! Date of event: March 6th through March 11th, of 2022! And they still mess with my accounts. I had to set a date of occurance to be able to submit this review but their date doesn't go back to 2022 so I just used today's date.

I was able to successfully redeem a couple hundred dollars from this casino. I made a purchase with one of the promotion packs and was able to win in the end. The play through requirement for the promotions are a bit strange as other people pointed out in other reviews of this site. It did take a while to win enough to meet the requirements but eventually I did and was able to win a couple hundred dollars which I got wired to my bank account.

Why would anyone visit a site that sends 10 spam emails a day. The remove link will not stop them. So if they do not obey the spam laws, what would make you think they are honest enough to pay you if you win or not sell your card/bank information?

So disappointed. I truly fell for the excitement of winning and couldn’t wait to get my winnings deposited.

Worse rip off casino in history. Played the $50 bonus I was sent, played through over $3000 received pop up I had met my play through, cashed in $350 got nothing. I bought a bonus play at Lucky Creek Casio for $50. I had to go through what they call a 15000 playthrough and the bonus money turns into real money. I did that and the amount turned into 19000. I put a withdrawal of 15000 in and they are now only paying me 980 of the 15000 and deducted the rest from my account. They at least could of left the 14000 in the account and instead they deleated of the so call real money based on some fine print they had. I think the stole the 14000 from me.

So they can take your deposit instantly.... but when you win money... even if its on different game and not on bonus spins or anything like that. They still will give you the run around I won 2088 dollars and they sent me 80 and a $15.00 fee and then voided out my other $ 2,000. At first tried to say I won it with the money they matched me on my deposit which wouldn't matter anyways lol. Then they tried to say I won it on the 99 free spins which I only won 18.96 on that and then went on and played other games winning and losing money both but then they said that I didn't spend the whole $18.96 before winning the 2000. And that all I was getting was the 80 (65 actually after fee). If you win a decent amount of money. Luckycreek will purposely not pay you after you spin and win. Their customer service are complete liars. They will tell you that you weren't supposed to get paid for those spins even though you provide evidence. They are extremely rude and will hang when you catch them in a lie.

I'm only giving this Casino 1 star because I have to give them something to post this review. I won 500 back in March 2023 and had no issues i was paid all of my money minus the 20-dollar wire fee. This past October I won $2700 I looked in my back office and saw it was corrected to $1300. When it got paid I got a wire of $960.00 I called and they told me the finance dept is the one who determines what I get paid. I expressed my concern to the support person who gave me a $50 dollar bonus I played and added $60 of my own money. I won $320 I looked in the system and saw they corrected the amount to $220 i was disappointed but accepted it as was expecting this. Today I got a wire of $80.00! I will never ever play their casino again! They should be upfront with everyone. It's not fair to win money and be paid something else based on what a person (Finance Dept) feels.

Do not trust Lucky Creek! I had 5 of my credit cards hacked on their and they charged so many items on each card. I had to get replacement cards and I called Lucky Creek and explained what had happened and he assured me it was not them, because I wanted them to be aware that someone working there was doing this. So when I got my new cards I used two different cards on the lucky creek casino app and it happened again. I would not trust this site. Someone there is stealing your information.

Lucky Creek is a scam. I deposited $20 in this casino and won over $5000.00. so when I went to withdraw the money won they kept giving me the runaround saying that my account wouldn't accept their payment and then they lied and said my ID verification was no good. This casino is a big bunch of scammers. You pay them but when you win they don't pay you. After exhausting every effort I could use.
