I had won 4800 dollars and submitted a withdrawal, everything looked good tell i check on the status and was told that 1000 is being awarded to me and the rest will be absorbed back to the casino! Bulls****! They are crooks, liars and theives.

I've been waiting 2 weeks now to get paid and I still haven't got my money when I called they said it's been approved but I need to wait until they release my money

They emptied my account to 0 after winning a lot of money and they wouldn’t put it back I tried the customer service and they gave me bs reasons why my money is gone

This casino is a scam. They leave your winnings on forever and don’t cash you out. Not to mention they charged my card $400 in additional fees and gave me a $68 credit. If you play at this casino you are just wasting your money.

This site is a joke ! I could have went to a real casino but instead decided to play on my phone at home ! I won 559$ sent my id information and they said within 48 hours ,and still haven’t received my pay from Sunday march 16,2025..I advise ppl not to trust this site at all…

I would put 5 stars because when I did win, and I've cashed out on $2,000 three seperate times and $2,500 another time. The transactions went fine every time. Now just like any casino, it took a lot of playing to get there but I've gotten back much more then I've put in, more then fair, right?
Problem is, since then no matter if I deposit $20 or $100, it plays a little then starts to go to zero very fast. I've put in quite a lot since I cashed out on my winnings and haven't even been able to cash out on a lousy $100..That is very disappointing. FOR THIS LUCKY CREEK GETS 1 STAR

I withdrew a winnings of $800 on February 14 that morning I had to do an international wire transfer. I filled out everything completely correct today is the 24th and I still have not received my money every time I call or message them they tell me something different but they said it’s on the way and I should get it any day now. I think they’re a scam. Do not play here

I WON ALMOST $700.00 AND COULDN'T WITHDRAW NOT EVEN $540 BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE SOME M9NEY TO KEEP PLAYING. I TRIED $480 AND STILL COULDN'T WITHDRAW THAT AMOUNT, CALLED AND SOMEBODY HELPED ME, SO I WITHDRAW $400 AND STILL WAITING FOR MY MOBEY. I won $380, few days later I saw they proceeded only $240 and started chatting with one agent by and he told me they have already processed 100... I'm done with this BS

IF you use a Bonus code, They will only cash out 1000 max. they cancel out all other winnings, they don't disclose this till you complain about it.

I personally won 4600 on their site, last deposit wasn't on a bonus code. but i still had some money from a previous deposit. they still claimed the bonus payout max was $1000. and refuse to fix their issue.

Site also takes extremely long to receive withdrawal. cashed out 2/1. still took till 2/13 to receive payment where they still charge $40 processing fee. they said $20 but took $40.

lucky creek casino and treasure mile along with grand eagle casino are rip off casinos they wont pay you the money you win I'm homeless and out n cold I won $1225 on there casino platform and I did everything it said I needed to and forfeited the bonus they give me and they have not paid me the money I won they say they wired it to my account but cant provide tracer number and nothing is in my account or anything so don't waste your time or money at any of these casinos

WOW If I read these reviews first I probably wouldn't have played on lucky creek or there 7 or 8 sister sites in the group. I play on all there sites and honestly never had a problem. I learned the hard about there bonus or match play when I turned some free spins into like 30 grand found out max cash out was 25 bucks, but I had fun used the money on there sites for weeks after. I deposited $150 of my own money, was given the choice to accept a bonus or not, I chose not to, being that in order to withdraw after the bonus, one must play through $17,000 worth of wagering. I play only live dealer blackjack and roulette, and had done well, winning over $1200. When I went to withdraw, the casino told me that I had accepted the bonus, and in order to withdraw any funds, I had to play through the $17,000, even tho I only played live dealer, and you can’t play with bonus money in the live dealer section. Total fu[king con artist scam job. Stay away from this shi++y casino. Zero stars would have been a better choice for this shi+ hole.
