I ordered the “Tiziana” waistcoat which looked great in the advert, Looked like a nice thick Harris tweed type material.
What I got was completely inferior, very thin material, no watch chain as shown in the advert, The buttons are on the wrong side, and just doesn’t sit right when I try it on,
From what I have read the returns policy is difficult and almost non existent so I’m afraid this poorly copied waistcoat will be going in the next available charity bag. Oh and it doesn’t come in a fine looking box like it shows on the advert, Just one of those plastic zipper bags which help to keep it nice and crumpled during transit, £44 I paid, never again !

Quality poor and stalling returns policy
I think i have already posted my experience. Which in the end worked out via the intervention of am ex who got my money back. A lesson to always buy with a credit card.
I continued to get ads on my FB page.
I copied the worst review from here, and pasted it 20 times into the comments. The ads soon stopped. .

Ordered a Gilet from Lucerti
Ordered a Gilet from Lucerti , shocking quality, supposed to be suede but was extremely cheap fabric, not suede. Looked like it would only fit a child although was a men’s XL. Asked for refund via PayPal but they only agreed if I return at my cost to Paraguay! Luckily PayPal credited the £27 postage as a good will gesture! Beware!

I believe I was scammed
I believe I was scammed. The items I received were nothing like those shown on the website—just cheap, overpriced knockoffs shipped from China. Returns were supposed to be sent to Belgium, but no RMA or postage reimbursement was offered, which is very confusing. The products were of such poor quality that I ended up giving them away, and the shoes and clothes were much too small.

Pathetic scammers
Scammers. Do not order. They send you random cheap bullshit you didnt order and refuse to refund and try and make you pay to return. This is theft. Pursuing legal action and reporting them to every EU agency possible.

DO NOT BUY. It is a scam. Promise a product and send a cheap imitation from China. It is fraud and they will shut down and open again under a different name. Once you realise you've been duped they try to negotiate a discount. If you settle, they've made money for supplying rubbish. Under European law you are entitled to a full refund and, if they ask you to return their product they must pay the cost since it is not what you ordered. Their mistake not yours. It is a pity Facebook put profit before protecting it's users from unscrupulous traders. Simple, don't buy off Facebook.

Scam AI marketing
Sadly it seems I've fallen for scam advertising that instagram won't address. The images displayed in ads and on their website is completely different from the product I've ended up with. I think the pictures have been enhanced with AI so that they look like a completely different material, weight and quality than they are in reality. It was discounted but I've still been immensely ripped off, I'd avoid this company in favour of literally any other clothing company

They trade is based on fraudulent and deceitful manner where they attract people with stuff which actually they not even selling.
Ones a customer receives the items upon requesting return they make excuses of shipping charges and then manipulate you with suggesting to keep the cheap stuff which they have shipped and also they will refund 15%

Company refused to fix their error
Item received was not as ordered. Wrong size, wrong colour, and design not as advertised. Asked to return for a refund. They expect me to pay to return them, even though their mistake. Numerous emails resulted in the same nothing outcome. Their solution? 20% refund. This somehow feels like a FINANCIAL SCAM selling rubbish to collect money.

Deceiving Item Description
Product ordered is not what advertised. Should have been cotton instead of synthetic. Lucerti does not include the cost of shipping replacement. Could have been avoided in initial order.

Ai responses on returns, repeat over and over. The jacket i got was pathetic. they will only offer me 35% refund because they are in Belgium and I am in USA.

I bought a pair of boots from them and…
I bought a pair of boots from them and are the lowest quality boots, they have better quality at Walmart for $19.99. They offered me 30% off my purchase of $104 and I said no way ! It’s a scam and they know it! It cost 177$ to return them so I contacted my credit card company and they told they must supply a prepaid return label for a full refund.
