Sadly it seems I've fallen for scam advertising that instagram won't address. The images displayed in ads and on their website is completely different from the product I've ended up with. I think the pictures have been enhanced with AI so that they look like a completely different material, weight and quality than they are in reality. It was discounted but I've still been immensely ripped off, I'd avoid this company in favour of literally any other clothing company

Rip off! Do not buy anything from them. Very poor quality, and they make it very difficult to return.

The company deserve negative ratings,
They trade is based on fraudulent and deceitful manner where they attract people with stuff which actually they not even selling.

Ones a customer receives the items upon requesting return they make excuses of shipping charges and then manipulate you with suggesting to keep the cheap stuff which they have shipped and also they will refund 15%

Item received was not as ordered. Wrong size, wrong colour, and design not as advertised. Asked to return for a refund. They expect me to pay to return them, even though their mistake. Numerous emails resulted in the same nothing outcome. Their solution? 20% refund. This somehow feels like a FINANCIAL SCAM selling rubbish to collect money.

Terrible site to buy from . Extremely poor customer service and almost a fraud. They don’t refund the amount even after cancelling order etc

Product ordered is not what advertised. Should have been cotton instead of synthetic. Lucerti does not include the cost of shipping replacement. Could have been avoided in initial order.

Ai responses on returns, repeat over and over. The jacket i got was pathetic. they will only offer me 35% refund because they are in Belgium and I am in USA.

A company is a FRAUD! don't believe those beautiful pictures they put on their site! Clothes are of do poor quality that adequate person will never wear them! Avoid their goods, don't trust beautiful pictures!!

I bought a pair of boots from them and are the lowest quality boots, they have better quality at Walmart for $19.99. They offered me 30% off my purchase of $104 and I said no way ! It’s a scam and they know it! It cost 177$ to return them so I contacted my credit card company and they told they must supply a prepaid return label for a full refund.

The boots arrived in perfect condition. A bit stiff at first, but they broke in nicely after aday.

The shoes are stylish and lightweight. I expected slightly thicker padding, but overall theyperform

Terrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ordered a jacket on the 9th October still not received - contacted lurcerti customer services several times to ask where my order is to be fobbed off! Now going through the process of getting my money back through my bank. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Placed an order 19 Nov 2025, still not received 10 Dec 2025. Lucerti refusing to give a full refund, offering 20% of what I have paid. Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID

Order finally received on 10 Jan 2026 after I threatened legal action. Quality is extremely poor, I can see through the material.

This is NOT a legitimate company. This company is not legitimate and appears to be in business primarily to deceive customers. I purchased a jacket advertised as XXL, but what arrived was closer to a small—I couldn’t even get it on. I contacted them immediately, but from the very beginning they refused to provide any clear return instructions. Instead, they claimed the return address was “somewhere in Europe” and that shipping it back would cost more than the jacket itself. Their solution? Offering me a small discount to keep an unusable item.

The quality of the jacket was also nowhere near what they show in their advertisements. Although their own Return Policy promises hassle-free returns, in practice they use every tactic possible to discourage you from sending anything back.

My advice: avoid this company entirely.

This. Implant is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The clothes do not fit, are cheaply made, and they do not offer refunds or returns even though they state that they do. They sent the wrong size on both items on my first order, then they did it again on the second replacement order, which they forced my to pay for shipping because they do not have a return system.

I ordered what was advertised as a linen suit. I placed the order. Later in the fine print I noticed the word "Blend." Not good. I tried canceling the order but received an email saying once the order is processed they cannot issue a refund. EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE ASSURES A SMOOTH RETURN IF WITHIN 30 DAYS. I sent this copy of what their published policy is:
Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Just contact our customer service team...and we’ll take care of the rest—whether it’s a smooth refund or exchange.

Yeah, real smooth. From false advertising to lies about their policy.
I intend to file a vendor grievance with my bank. Horrible experience.

I did TWO items ordered, but I received just one; actually, it's so bad.

Thanks to Trustpilot. I did my homework before making purchase. The website lucerti.com and velcari.com seems to be run by the same people. Why would someone run two identical website with identical items if it is a legitimate website.
The item displayed looks great but I would not spend a penny for item good for nothing. It would be great to have a feedback from Lucerti.com and velcari.com.

SCAM…I am 1st time buyer with free returns
I ordered and want to return due to poor quality, email from customer service that I have to pay for return shipping back to Belgium .
Then offer me discount, replace item, etc
Then no more communication.
Hole in jackets too. Cheap quality.
I will post my review on all social media
