Had our Internet fitted today, super fast and efficient service. Great guy, got it sorted so fast and up and running straight away. Can already tell the difference in Internet speed. Thank you.

process of installation went smoothly, from my first contact with LPIS, to an installation date been set, and then installation yesterday, with installation taking less then an 1hr. and first impressions are excellent, my internet connection seems to be running a lot faster, so it's goodbye EE who over the past 18m have failed to deal with the constant ongoing phone mast issues in the Scarisbrick and surrounding area and welcome LPIS.

Guy was friendly and carried on with the job, he was so quick. WiFi brilliant now as oppose to other WiFi we had EE VERY POOR.

I booked the service after we were recommended by the caravan site after purchasing a new caravan.
The experience was amazing from start to finish!
The installer was so clean and set it up in under one hour.
The service is great and the price is good on a monthly basis.
I will recommend this company 200%.

Engineer was fantastic explained everything

Very fast installation only ordered 6 days ago. The guy was very quick with no mess and explained everything to us, we would highly recommend anyone in Hayling Island to use LPIS.

On a whole the service is good but you can guarantee when it goes off, it's after hours and no means of getting it rectified.
Previously been told it's because there are trees in the way blocking the signal but it is only a small park and there are no leaves on the trees now

Thay came installed and were very good and many thanks for being so helpful to my wife.

Superb service. Called for an installation and in one day, I was lucky enough to have internet installed. The engineer who called was very experienced and a true professional in his field of expertise. I would defiantly recommend LPIS to anyone wanting Internet installed on their specific site.

From first enquiry to installation today everything had gone smoothly and only taken 2 weeks.
The customer service is excellent which to me was the most important thing after my previous provider.

The engineer Roy who installed it was very professional, friendly and an expert in what he does, explaining everything as he went along.

I called the day prior to installation to explain my situation about having to work via the Internet.

They listened to my situation, suggested a plan and stuck to it. How often can you say that about businesses nowadays.

The engineer was courteous and removed his shoes when he entered the van. A small step but one that showed a great amount of respect.

He suggested the most suitable place for the placement of the router and the installation was completed in less than an hour.

He explained how the signal worked and the speeds I can expect.

I don’t think there could have been anything else he could have done to make my experience any better.

We got the WiFi installed at our caravan about 3 years ago. Signal is spot on and not had any issues. Great and quick installation and very good customer service. 10/10

Your installer was really friendly and professional. From the get go the service has been perfect. The grandchildren have been able to use their tablet's whilst the adults watch netflix. Highly recommended and good value.
