I use the Iconic Sales Booster plugin, and I needed a custom modification to make the product thumbnails clickable in the 'Frequently Bought Together' module. JR from the support team went above and beyond by providing a flawless custom PHP/AJAX snippet tailored for my Elementor site. It works perfectly without breaking any functionality. Highly recommend their plugins and their top-notch customer service!

First and foremost, I'm exceptionally and pleasantly surprised. What you guys have done is pretty much unprecedented in terms of the extent of commitment and support, especially in the context of WP and plugins.

Not only you troubleshooted and found the issue, you didn't give up when I wasn't getting help from the other side. And you went even further by creating a workaround even though it was not your plugin causing the misbehavior.

Companies that take support so seriously must get their proper shout out.

The support that I have received so far for the plugin that I purchased has been excellent! They spent time with me helping me understand the setup and application before and after purchase. The support team is knowledgeable and appears to focus on quality and authentically helping the customer solve their problems, rather than closing the ticket as quickly as possible. I am really liking this company.

I tried IconicWP's WooCommerce Delivery Slots plugin and it's a great product. It just wasn't a good fit for my business. What I appreciate the most about IconicWP is their fast and professional customer service. My questions were answered very quickly, and they seemed to care about resolving my issues.

I had a few different issues that required considerable back and forth with support to put things right. They stayed with it until it was resolved and everything is working. This is a place to review the support experience rather than the product itself, so I'm only losing 1 star for the support being office hours only and no weekend support. I know small teams can't work all the hours, but especially as a "paid premium" user, a problem that has to wait to be resolved can mean we can't take any orders in the restaurant through the website, which has a financial cost, so I would love to see even a skeleton support out of hours. Aside from that, the support was very good.

Promptly responded to my bug report and issued a patch almost immediately. Very helpful and courteous service. Great tech team.

The WooCommerce Attribute Swatches by Iconic and WooCommerce Linked Variations by Iconic plugins have solved a critical issue for my store. Many of my product variations have their own search volume, and I needed each variation to have a standalone page with its own SEO title and meta description. These plugins make that possible perfectly and have greatly improved my SEO structure.

They work smoothly, are easy to configure, and overall have been extremely helpful.
It would be absolutely perfect if the variation options could also be displayed directly on the product category page — that would make the solution even more complete.
