Fantastic support, was able to fix a conflict with my existing theme (Woodmart), and now everything is running perfectly!

Requested a refund for an auto renewal. This happened because client changed their requirements. The refund was requested after 20 days of the renewal date. Support team did not want to refund at all. I requested part refund but they denied to refund at all.

Update (15/09/2025):
The response does not help at all! As mentioned the plugin was not used for months and so we are not bothered about updates etc. So, the full/partial refund should be fair!

As a novice at web design, Kenneth was able to help me get the functionality I needed with minimal effort. Exactly what we needed.

Show single variations plugin is not up to par. Continues problem with translated products not showing and attribute lookup table not working.

There was a significant effort by the developer to fix. Which I appreciate. But there remain too many bugs. Products not showing after editing translations. Having to resave original products to make them appear. I don't have a complex site setup. I feel this problems should be addressed and also spotted by in-house QA.

I haven't really gained any value from using the plugin. It was a constant struggle with a lot of spent hours.

The product is definitely good but what matters the most is the support team. Give them a staging environment and they will do everything to and try and find the root cause of issue. They will happily collaborate with your theme provider to resolve the issue collectively.

The Iconic team have been outstanding! They helped me set up a very complicated delivery schedule, with Woocommerce Delivery Slots. Kenneth and Jomar have been quick to respond and have been so knowledgeable and patient, and we now have the set up that we needed!

The Iconic Sales Booster and the Flux Checkout helped get my shop off the ground. Very stable and usable plugins that I would recommend.
