WooThumbs Support? Top Notch!
WordPress reported an issue with licensing and would not allow me to update WooThumbs. I reached out to support and, within a couple of hours, had a response with a real solution. I could not be happier.

WooThumbs completely transformed my product pages. I love how easy it is to manage additional images and videos in the gallery. It makes every product so much more engaging.
I especially appreciate the “attribute image” feature, which lets me show the right image as soon as a color is selected. It didn’t work at first with my setup, but the developer support was incredibly fast and helpful, they provided a small code snippet that fixed everything perfectly.
Highly recommended for anyone using WooCommerce!

Major Bug, Zero Urgency = Zero Trust
Their checkout looks nice and I was excited to use it, but I could not get it to actually work no matter how many times I tried. The main issue was that on mobile I could not even reach the Payment screen. Support confirmed it was a real problem, but nothing changed. I waited weeks, and finally had to cancel just to make sure I got a refund before the 30-day window closed.
What really blew my mind was how something this serious, a bug that literally stops people from checking out, was not treated like a red alert drop-everything emergency. If my store went down, there is no way I could just sit there for weeks while it waited in the queue for developers to maybe fix it. That is unacceptable. I would not trust IconicWP for a dependable product.

My name is Dave Green and I'm the Product Manager for Iconic. I'm really sorry to hear that you encountered the issue that you described, and for the lack of communication on the matter. In cases where a bug or compatibility issue is blocking your ability to assess one of our products, we extend the refund window to accommodate our customers.
We've resolved a number of issues in the recent 2.21.0 and 2.22.0 maintenance releases, including all of our highest priority issues. I can assure you that we treat issues that block the core functionality of the checkout very seriously.
There have been two specific cases in recent memory that have required a lot of QA from support as well as our customers to verify that what we intend to ship actually resolves the issues that have been reported. It's possible that one of these issues was affecting you. Regardless, it would appear that there has been an issue with communication that concerns me.
I'm keen to understand your issue further and carry out a review of what happened here, but I'm unable to identify which matter this review relates to. I'd be grateful if you could reply to the existing ticket, or create a new ticket, referencing me by name, so that my colleagues can bring this to my attention.
As a token of good will, I would be happy to offer you 100% off your first year of Flux Checkout if you're still looking for a checkout solution, and the issue you've encountered has been/can be resolved.

I tried the Flux Checkout module. My website is Elementor. It was not quite the right fit for the website I was working on I reached out to support to request a refund within the 30-day guarantee. They were professional and responded to my concerns. I would not hesitate in the future to try their plugin for another website that I am working on in the future.

Checkout page problems not showing WooCommerce Delivery Slots for certain delivery methods
Had a difficult to solve problem which in the end was related to my development machine (browser being quirky)
