Great support + product
Great support; was in a panic but all fears allayed and a fix (we are working with a page builder) sorted. Awesome plugin, which does everything we want that previous extensions couldn't. Thanks so much. We will be back!!

Customer support is excellent!
We had some issues with part of this plugin working with BeTheme. We went to BeTheme who made it clear that in their literature that they won't support 3rd party plugins compatibility. But Iconic, specifically Kenneth Bryan Lim at customer support, was a real hero! He worked with Iconic technical team and came up with several solutions that they developed specially to overcome the issues caused by BeTheme.
