IconicWP Omdömen

The Iconic support team has been so committed to helping me resolve an issue regarding formatting the videos for my website. I didn't think we'd find a solve but they didn't quit! They helped me set up a staging website to troubleshoot the exact issue and we found a solve a few weeks later. I'm so thankful they didn't give up on me as video is so important these days to my business selling luxury items. Highly recommend their products!

I've been a customer of Iconicwp and many other plugiin authors for many years. Their support is the best in the industry.

Great support from Kenneth as always, thank you.

Very good technical support.

Great checkout plugin and great support !

Great support ! Thank you

Great product and quick and helpful customer support when I wanted to customize a setting.

We can’t praise the support team enough for their outstanding assistance! From the moment we reached out with the issue, they were nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They not only resolved our technical problem swiftly but also took the time to ensure that we understood the solution, which we deeply appreciate.

Support was fast and fixed the issue we were having! Thanks again!

Dave at Iconic was remarkable in getting my issues taken care of. I wanted to use Gridbuilder for my eCommerce products, but after looking at it, he suggested with stick with the standard Woocommerce product queries and he was definitely right! Very grateful for Iconic's support in getting our eCommerce store ready for launch!

We purchased the WooCommerce Delivery Slots by Iconic plugin for a client's website and it worked great out of the box barring a minor bug. We contacted their support team who promptly identified and scheduled a fix for the issue and helped us out with a few bits of custom functionality that we wanted to achieve. Overall great support, every response was within a working day or two and really helped us achieve what we needed to for our client's website, would reccommend.

Plugins are very useful, and well designed. Their user interface is clear and it does what is expected.

The support is very helpful, and precise, perfect for getting some clarification when trying to adapt the plugin to your needs (When you ask for some precisions about filters or hooks for example).

Iconic provide great plugins and are very quick and responsive with their support. I've asked them to provide some custom code snippets to help us achieve that little bit of extra customisation that our client has required.

The developer was extremely helpful, providing valuable assistance and successfully resolving a complex problem.

Kenneth and the Team have been perfect to deal with. Our Checkout wasn't really out of the box, but the team helped us sort out every issue we had. We did ask a lot, but they covered everything off perfectly and took the time to investigate everything. I would highly recommend IconicWP.

I've had the pleasure of using IconicWP plugins for some time now, and I can confidently say they are among the best in the Woocommerce ecosystem. The range of features they offer in their plugins is simply fantastic, seamlessly enhancing the functionality and user experience of my website. Particularly, fluxcheckout which is the best checkout makeover for Woo.

What truly sets IconicWP apart, though, is their exceptional support team. Every time I've reached out with a question or needed assistance, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear they are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about their customers' success.

The combination of high-quality plugins that work flawlessly and top-notch customer support makes IconicWP a standout choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their WooCommerce store with reliable, feature-rich plugins. Keep up the great work, IconicWP!

Réponses et solutions rapides !
Super team, merci pour tout

Decent plugin, awesome support. Response time could be a bit faster, but maybe that's just due to timezone difference. Keep up the good work guys!

I just downloaded the Flux Checkout from IconicWp and i can say that this is by far the best checkout plugin that i have found. Its easy to install and the customer service is great.
When i first installed it, it did not look completely good. So i reached out for a refund. You can easily get a refund but they offered me to have a look at my website. They told me what was wrong and showed me the result when it was fixed. I am very happy they did that because now i have an amazing checkout on my webshop. Thank you!
