I've had an issue where a plugin isn't working and causing dramas on our online shop. I go to their support page and it's not even operational. I can't message them on facebook because you have to join a private group. You should publicly list your support email for customers so when your sites not working, you have some other means of escalation.

Really love their plugins and their customer support is top notch. Can highly recommend, one of the best Wordpress Plugin development teams out there.

I've purchased the Flux Checkout Plugin, and I really love the interface; it brings a more professional feel to my website. At the same time, making everything work as intended wasn't a straightforward "plug and play" experience. Initially, I faced challenges using the default WooCommerce checkout, and I had to use the traditional [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode to make it function. Further down the road, other issues emerged.

What I'm glad about is that they took the time to review in detail what was going on in my particular case, and they resolved everything. Admittedly, support was slow at first, but then they improved that and became very responsive.

I would highly recommend this application (I will try others in the future). And their team is very knowledgeable. So, they know what they're doing.

Overall, I'm very satisfied at this moment. A VERY worthy investment for our business.

Nice plugins, awesome support! WooThumbs was generating huge CLS (cumulative layout shift) problems. Also it was always showing the arrow to the right even when there is no image slide left over. I reported it and it was fixed within 2 days. Awesome!
