IconicWP Omdömen

The delivery slots plugin that has been developed by IconicWP is very versatile with lots of in-built adjustable parameters that make it an extremely powerful delivery scheduling tool. There are also lots of help documents available on the IconicWP website that I found especially useful. Should you encounter any issues with the plugin the support that you receive is exceptional. In my case I encountered an issue where there was a conflict with the theme I was using. Once I had contacted IconicWP for help, the team worked tirelessly to develop a fix to solve the problem. The support you receive with this plugin is first class and I would highly recommend the product.

There are 2 things I would like to mention. THe first one is that I really like the "WooCommerce Custom Fields for Variations by Iconic" plugin. I use this so that when a customer is selecting a suit size from the drop down menus, the measurements are automatically displayed depending on which one they have toggled to. This is so much more effective then just ahving a size chart on the product pages. It helps to prevent someone buying the wrong size and then having to exchange it later.

The second thing is they are pretty dedicated to helping their current and future customers solve any problems or answer their questions.

Good support before purschase and also after!

All their plugins are very easy to use (right now using 2 of them) and when i asked for their support in a few things, i got the right answer in 24 hours.

I've purchased this plugin a while ago because I wanted to offer a much better and easier checkout experience to my customers. I had a lot of changes to make on the visual and fields aspect because my customers are in Taiwan and the Iconic team spent a lot of time to help me achieving it. Their support is super fast, kind and they achieved really technical requests I had. I'm extremely happy about their service and I definitely recommend !!

High Quality Plugins and great Support :) Thank you!

They have been great at providing help with integration. We have a shipping service that doesn't provide details in a conventional way which has been difficult to work with. The team at IconicWP has saved us a few times by providing quick solutions to help match everything up.

Thank you very much for the quick support!

The support team finds a solution for every difficulty and puts a lot of effort into it. Thanks for this

Awesome support ! Thanks Iconic Team

Good products and fast response on problems

IconicWP always has rapid response times (under 16 hours any time I've contacted them) and offers friendly service that's also clear and helpful. They even diagnosed a particular issue I was having with their Product Swatches plugin and sent me a patched version in under 30 hours from the initial ticket.

Great support for a great plugin. WooCommerce Show Single Variations plugin from IconinWP helped me with my requirements for Woocommerce Shop. And when I needed technical support for the plugin, the team was ready to assist.

This is an amazing tool! If you are looking for a way to plan delivery, this one works perfectly. You can adjust slots per shipping term on many ways.

The support if needed is great.
Although we had some difficulties, due to the compatibility of the theme and our particular needs, the support has always been able to give us a hand and indications on how to solve our difficulties

Quick and very helpful.
