This is a great, lightweight plugin. I had some questions about customization and the support team was great and was able to assist with everything I needed.

We actually use quite a few of IconicWP's plugins and they've always worked great. In the few times that we've had any problems, Iconic's team of developers have always had an extremely fast response and went above and beyond to find solutions for us.

Each time I have had an issue on our business website, the support team at IconicWP have not only responded immediately but also solved my issues. For me, they are top-notch for service support, and I have dealt with many different outfits.

I purchased the Iconic Bundle for WooCommerce for my client after thoroughly researching numerous plugins features and functionality. One of my greatest concerns in recommending plugins is whether the developer will: A. maintain their code for security B. support their product C. continue developing and improving their plugin. On all three counts Iconic gets top marks.

Over the last 4 months I have had numerous support requests. Some were related me misunderstanding how the plugin was used or configured, one time some code in my function.php file caused problems, and two times I felt there were important features missing. Each time I contacted support I received a response within 24 hrs., and if necessary my support request was escalated to the developer.

Lead Developer Dave Green (I hope it's OK to mention his name) was particularly helpful. When I mentioned that the Wishlist plugin was missing an important feature, he listened to my reasoning and agreed to update the code. I never expected that level of support. Frankly, had he not made the change I would have been forced to seek another plugin. That's what I like about Iconic as a company. They really take their customer's needs seriously, and when they can improve their product at the same time they don't hesitate to do the right thing.

The only reason I gave four stars is because the first-ring support is based in the Eastern Hemisphere while I'm in the Western Hemisphere. Therefore, their great support is almost always 24 hrs. delayed. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's a reality.

All in all, I feel confident I made the best choice for my client in purchasing Iconic plugins. I wholeheartedly recommend Iconic plugins for WooCommerce.

The support, customer service and developers here are absolutely incredible - honestly the best I've received, they are prompt and always have stuff fixed first time which is far rarer than it seems.

I discover with amazement the quality of their support,

Basically some very good plugins. They work as subscribed and are very clean in the backend.
I experienced a compatibility issue with a third party plugin. The support team fixed the issue and helped with a litte customization. Excellent support.

We use Flux Checkout and are very satisfied. It is the easiest and best solution for a nice checkout process in WooCommerce.

The support is fantastic and incredibly fast. They were able to help us within a short time.
