Iconic has some of the very best tech support I've experienced. I've been working with tons of plugin providers over the past 3-4 months and Iconic is at the top of the pile, not just in terms of user-centric, intuitive functionality, and ease of use (for admins like me) but also their customer service. I highly recommend them!

The Iconic Delivery Slots plugin it's essential for my flower delivery business. The new improvements are great. I really like that the reservation table it's not cached anymore. The support it's real and there if you ever need it.

We have used Iconic Delivery Slot Plug-in for about half a year now, everything works as it should and well.

We recently run into an issue where we needed to block out certain slots after a certain time.

I contacted support and they very quickly were able to create a code snippet that solved our problem. This was at no extra charge which I am impressed with.
