Superb Customer Service
Not a happy story, but my review is still a 5 star. I had a an issue with my site, filters not working, and could´nt make this plugin work.
The good side: the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Even the CEO wrote me a couple of times. I wish Woocommerce had double of these guys time response, but that is not the case. Be assured they will help you in all possible ways if you have any issue.
I requested a refund, they tried to help me and even followed up letting me know I had 10 days for the free refund. As I say, not something you see every day. Got my refund of course.

Bought a plugin, which we were able to change for another one that better suited our needs. At first the plugin caused some issues with the theme. Customer support goes beyond the extra mile to fix your issues. I’m a very happy customer!

Best Customer Service Ever!
I had a little hick-up with one of the products and James helped me get everything sorted out. The problem was 100% user error! I felt like he really cared about providing amazing customer service. If I have a specific need for a plug-in from now on, I will first look to Iconic.

With no exaggeration, Iconic is the best plugin company I've ever worked with!
If you have any hesitation about buying plugins from Iconic, put them aside and buy now!
We were looking for a solution for customisable products and stumbled upon Iconic which seemed to have by far the best plugin for our needs.
Our customisation requirements to get the plugin to work for our print on demand service were admittedly more in depth than anticipated and the team at Iconic were amazing - we have exchanged over 50 emails now and they have provided an astounding level of service and assistance.
They integrated with another plugin developed by an entirely different company and went above and beyond our expectations, providing our ideal fixes swiftly with excellent code.
We'd like to say a special thank you to Dave Green - Lead Developer of Blue Team who was our guide throughout this and has been absolutely incredible.
His support and customisation which has essentially allowed us to progress with our business ventures and his time has been invaluable.
I'd give 20 stars if I could however 5 will suffice - the plugins are excellent and the support is the best by far I have ever worked with!
