The online tech support team at HTB consistently surpasses my expectations with their kindness, attentiveness, and the exceptional solutions they offer.

I've been on HackTheBox for years now, and honestly it's one of the few platforms I keep coming back to, not out of habit, but because it genuinely keeps getting better.

The machines are where it all started for me. Each box feels like a real puzzle, not a checkbox exercise, but something that actually makes you think, enumerate, fail, and figure it out. The difficulty curve is real, and so is the satisfaction when you finally pop a shell.

HTB Academy took things to another level. The content is structured, deep, and clearly written by people who actually know what they're talking about. It's not recycled theory, it's the kind of material that closes the gap between "I read about this" and "I can actually do this."

But what keeps me here beyond the content is the community and how HTB treats its users. Questions get answered, feedback is taken seriously, and you can tell there are real humans behind the platform who care. That's rarer than it sounds in this space.

As a cybersecurity student, HTB has shaped my career path more than most of my coursework. The skills I built here are the ones I actually use, in CTFs, in internships, in bug bounty. If you're serious about offensive security, this is where you put in the hours.

Just like ''LetsDefend'' which is part of them now, the overall experience is fine, however, the problem is the pricing, it's quite expensive, not all their certificates are accredited (sure, some employers may use them, there are better options). Just be extremely careful when paying for a certification/path and make sure they are accredited before starting them (if that matters to you at least).

Just got a paid subscription, it was a great experience. There’s a lot of content and tons to do. I just wish I had more time. Team was very helpful even when I needed to cancel. Highly recommend their team and products.

Du bon contenu mais les serveurs sont à la masse. De nombreux time out lors des tentatives de connections ou alors ça ne fonctionne juste pas. C'est dommage car cela entrave grandement l'apprentissage. Le support n'a pas de solutions à apporter à ce soucis et rejette la balle dans votre camp.

Without a doubt, it is the best platform for learning both the fundamentals and the more advanced aspects of hacking from every angle. There are hundreds of machines, labs, and challenges available, and I have been using it for years now. I am absolutely happy with how this platform has been supporting me throughout my journey in the world of information security.

Last but not least, I accidentally purchased a 500 euro subscription by mistake, and it was cancelled with an immediate refund as soon as I reported it. Thank you very much, Fischer!

Before the update of t he platform I would rate it 5 star, good content and clear well presented learning content. Altough the machines are not allways stable, I would still rate it 5 star. However, The new update is beyond horrible. If it ain't broke, don't fix it: that sums it up. It is very slow, facing severe performance issues. But on top of that, even the most simple options are not visible, the interface is a mess. For the developpers: try a job role path, and navigating through the content, it is really pathetic!

I'm an experienced Cyber Security Professional who is on a journey to revitalise the fundamentals. With that intent, I have kick-started the CJCA path, and from the get-go, I can see how immersive the content really is and how well it delves into the details of learning.

I'm absolutely thrilled with how the content is presented, both in terms of quality and depth.
