My location at Formby Point Caravan Park gave me very poor internet access, even after installing the best antenna and router. The LPIS engineer fitted a standard router etc today and it is fantastic. The engineer was great, fitted everything without leaving any mess and gave me all the advice I needed.

Engineer was very friendly and polite,explained everything that he would need to do before starting the installation and was quick,tidy and professional. Would highly recommend this firm 100%.

yes was a pleasure doing business for my 4th year with lips! Great wiffi only lagged a few times hence staying with them ! Looks like they also added more range extenders around the park? Well done Rick, keep up the great communications work, yours Anthony martin .

The experience was faultless from start to finish amd roy did a fantastic job with care

Customer Service Awful. Promised Refund as already had equipment, Email received saying Refund Completed, Still Not Received. Requested phone call 1 hour before engineer arrived on site, No Phone call, just turned up at the Caravan to the Guests to message me saying the engineer was there. Again spoke to LPIS and nothing.
Unhelpful on All Aspects.

Great installation engineer, friendly and helpful. No fuss, got the job done.

When the system worked, it worked well. But during and after bad weather at the site the internet would go down. There ability to fix an issue at any speed was very poor. I had on occasion been told that “we will send an engineer out at the weekend” but this was not true and I got the feeling that they would tell you this as standard whilst knowing it was not a true statement. I never saw an engineer come to site on a weekend! On occasion we were left with no internet for approx 2 weeks and where a phone signal can be poor this was an added problem. During the last 3 weeks the signal has been dropping in and out and is more noticeable in the evening so again not a great service in-fact I would call it garbage at this point. Unfortunately for LPIS, they are losing customers on the site who are choosing to move to starlink that is a far more reliable service. As im writing this review the signal is dropping in and out! I reported this nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been resolved. At this point if you asked me to recommend the service it would be a big NO! This is an honest review and my point of view.
