Was real good know what I want

The installation happened reasonably quickly after signing up for the service.
The installation engineer was brilliant. Very careful and considerate about the caravan, cleaned up when he finished and made sure I was happy before leaving. I thoroughly recommend him.

Justin came to my static caravan at Sands of Luce and the level of service was excellent. He was so efficient, pleasant and very helpful. He came with the correct tools for the job and left no mess whatsoever. Talked me through the process of where the cables would be coming in and when he left you wouldn't have known anything was done. Thank you Justin.

Contact to tell us an ETA was made and the install took less the 30mins the man was pleasant and knowledgeable. A great service

Got these guys to install my internet in my new to me static caravan,great service from start to finish, install guy was a gent.

From initial call to instal was a pleasure.

Quick service engineer was lovely really respectful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Constantly having issues with internet not working spoke to someone from technical support yesterday and they said they would call me back after 10 minutes and never did after they have done a reboot which surprise surprise the internet is still down and as it is a Sunday no one able to help as office closed this happened time and time again last year thought would give it another chance to see how it went this year a lot off friends also have this service with lpis and or not happy will be losing at least 10 customers here

Extremely nice engineer. Accommodated us by delaying the installation by an hour as we were travelling down. (Installation was scheduled for Thursday but he arrived early - Wednesday). Super quick installation, all wifi dependant devices up and running in minutes. Full explanation given of what was happening.
When communicating by telephone to make various arrangement, without fail, everyone I spoke to were super helpful, super pleasant and nothing was a bother.

Very pleasant experience. The installer was very polite & respectful of our premises. Installation was done quickly, efficiently, neatly & with no fuss. System fully explained to us before he left. Couldn't have wished for better!

Haaving had our connection now for the first year, apart from an outage which was unavoidable we are very happy with the WIFI service.
Now LPIS has a employee as a member of our FB site it is even better as residents have a means to have a point of contact that updates us with any issues.
Renewal was simple and is good value in our opinion
