Customer service is incredible
Customer service is incredible. They worked with me to troubleshoot my issue with my Hook 7 over a few weeks. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix my problem, they had me send it in to be looked at. In the end, they ended up replacing the unit free of charge.

I've always liked Lowrance
I've always liked Lowrance, so I'm probably a little partial. We'll see how things turn out in the big picture. If I continue to have problems with the GPS "seeing the sky," I am going to be extremely disappointed. I find it hard to believe that the GPS on my Elite can't "see" through my canvas T-top.

The associate that I spoke with told me…
The associate that I spoke with told me that he would send me an email so that I could reply and attach a picture for him to evaluate. He NEVER sent the email and obviously did not know how to do a reset on my Hook2 4x. He told me to hold 2 buttons down for a soft reset. Not true on this model. One mearly choses "reset to default" through the screen. I still have questions but am reluctant to call because of this experience.

Issues with my HDS Live GPS
Had some issues with my HDS Live GPS. The tech was very Professional and Helpful. The tech was able to get the issues resolved with no problem. I am very Satisfied. In the future when I have problems and unable for me to solve the problem, I will be contacting the tech.
