Wrong part discription. I ordered and I am on week three waiting for a reply from Navico to get me the right part. Not upset, just need the right part for the Hook2 5HDI before hard water in Minnesota.

Lowrance products, top notch
Running a Lowrance Ghost at 24 volts on an Allison XB21, plenty of all day power. Also running a Lowrance 9” Live at the drivers console networked to a Lowrance 16” Live on the bow, with 3 in 1 imaging at the transom and on the Ghost, all three run in unison very well. Thank you very much Lowrance for building great products.

Old man and the sea
Lowrance has good support videos to help thru problems during use. My unit is on a kayak. I don't know why yet but during shut down the unit sometimes defaults to settings that can be hard to get out of. I have had the unit for 6 months and I am still learning how to properly use it. That is on me.
One issue i think should be looked at is protection of the cables when not in use. A cable cap to keep out moisture when the cable is not plugged into the unit would be very beneficial. I just replaced the power cable because I could not clear the corrosion from when it got wet in a bad storm while it was under tarp. Would recommend purchase of this unit.

Unacceptable Service
I have ordered my part and have not received any communication from Lowrance other than order acknowledgment. This has been ordered over a week ago and my email to then checking on this order has not been answered. Not sure when I will see the bracket I ordered.
