Fast service, and it worked.
I was having trouble getting my Hook2 to funtion properly. I bought a transducer for Ice fishing. First it was exactly what I needed. Second it came quickly. Third it worked perfectly.

You cancelled my payment then sent…
You cancelled my payment then sent emails that I didn’t recognize asking me to pay. I don’t trust email request for money. Too many spammers. I finally called and paid by phone. The lady was really helpful. You really have to jump through hoops to talk to someone. Your automated q&a format was worthless. I love the product but hate your system. My original transaction was seamless but went downhill after that. I was ready to return the item and buy Garmin.

Bait and Switch and Don't honor their own Promos
Two things. I purchased all Lowrance Units on my new 2022 Lund Pro V Bass including two HDS units and a Ghost with Active Target and 3-1 nose cone because of the ability to create water ski tow profiles linked to my 250 Pro XS Mercury. I then picked up my new boat only to find out Lowrance discontinued this interface. 100% bait and switch! Also I purchased everything during the time you had a promo active but even though everything was purchase during the promo, you would not accept it because my boat delivery was delayed a month and I missed the window to submit even though when I called Lowrance during my purchase they assured me this would not be a problem but failed to mention the most key point of having to get the paperwork started prior to me receiving the boat and units.

The customer service rep was helpful
The customer service rep was helpful, but I was disappointed that you cannot directly hook up an ice transducer directly to my elite TI2 unit. That was an expensive unit to not have a transducer available.

You are correct that the 000-0106-94 would need adapter 000-13313-001 to connect to your unit. We hope all options were explained so that you were able to choose the best transducer for your unit. Poor customer service
The lowrance unit I got is great it's the customer service that sucks no phone number second party customer service it took 2 days to get a email to look into my problem and 30sec. To take my money I want the old days back

I received my Lowrance HDS 12” bracket…
I received my Lowrance HDS 12” bracket on schedule. I am still disappointed the original one broke in the first place and I had to spend $60 to replace it.
