Everything about my experience with love sofas was brilliant. Staff in store very helpful. Ordered on the Saturday and sofa was delivered on the Friday. Delivery was great, came at the time specified, ours was the first drop so had it at 7.30am, delivery guys very efficient!! Was built and ready to use before lunchtime! Easy enough to build it myself. Quality of the sofa is excellent and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Overall everything was excellent so definitely 5 stars from me! 😊

Love Sofas purchase
Very easy website to navigate through, with all you need to know about each sofa. Ordered the Lincoln 3 seater sofa, and 2 chairs in beige, on the Tuesday, was delivered on the Thursday. Kept informed all through the process from ordering, to when delivery was expected, with updated messages via the delivery tracker. Got the delivery timeslot, excellent couple of lads, very efficient, and on time too. All delivered into living room, within minutes! This three piece comes boxed, it needs the backs and armrests fitting, not too bad a job, if you are reasonably fit! Colour is as shown on website photos, and its lovely and firm to sit on. Very happy!

⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service**
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Love Sofas.
I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding a sofa that needs to be returned, but despite repeatedly explaining that I am disabled and **physically unable to dismantle and securely package the sofa myself**, Love Sofas has continued to insist that I arrange for someone else to do this.
This is not a matter of inconvenience or unwillingness. I have clearly explained that I am **physically incapable of carrying out the required dismantling and packaging** because of my disability.
I have repeatedly contacted the company and asked them to provide a reasonable and workable solution. Instead, I have been left going around in circles and have now been waiting for a response to my latest email since **12 August**, despite making it clear that this is a formal complaint.
What I find particularly frustrating is that I have been willing to cooperate with collection and provide reasonable access. I am simply asking the company to take my circumstances into account rather than placing an additional physical and potentially financial burden on me.
I have also asked Love Sofas to explain the specific legal basis for their position, but I have not received a satisfactory response.
At this point, I feel completely ignored and unsupported as a customer. I have given Love Sofas numerous opportunities to resolve this matter directly, but the lack of communication and willingness to find a practical solution has been extremely disappointing.
I would **not recommend Love Sofas based on my experience so far**. I sincerely hope someone in a senior position eventually takes ownership of this complaint and provides a reasonable resolution.

Great experience
Ordered 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs to match in leather, the quality is good and can smell the leather when go into the room, very comfortable and arrived without 2 days from ordering, the colour was a little darker than the picture but looks great, would definitely recommend this company.
