Not sure if the genuine leather sofa is…
Not sure if the genuine leather sofa is genuine leather. The sofa smells like faux leather. Strong smell which isn’t pleasant. Internal structure which can be seen when unzipped at the bottom looks very poor craftsmanship and only made up of 2x1 softwood timber.
Not good value unsure if they are breaching trade descriptions

Ordering a new sofa
Placed order on Thursday and delivery was on Monday. every thing was so easy, ordered online got tracking number was kept informed all the way guys even phoned me and hour before they go there. They were very polite and friendly very helpful with getting the sofa through the door as was a little bit tight but they done it with a smile. All in all a happy customer so far.

New Sofa 7/8/26
I was really pleased with the service I received from Lovesofas. I had no problem choosing a sofa but was unable to take delivery due to work being done at my house. They allowed up to 6 weeks postponement of delivery and 4/5 weeks later I called to arrange delivery. This was promptly dealt with and I took delivery a couple of days later. All carried out very smoothly.
