I'm sorry that you have not received your order.
After a long conversation with Yodel and exhaustive investigation, they have now declared your parcel as lost in transit and so we have been able to refund your order in full back to your original payment method.
I appreciate the delay has been frustrating, and we're working with our courier partner's to improve the level of communication that we receive from them, so please accept our apologies on behalf of Yodel.
Nevertheless, I'm very glad we've managed to get this issue resolved for you and hope you don't experience any other delays from the courier chosen, should you give us a second chance!

It looks as though we've been in touch with you previously after you returned an item back to us, three months after having received your order. As outlined in our returns policy, we do operate a 28-day return window, so these items were sent back to you and we notified you of such at our earliest opportunity.
It's sad to receive a 1-star review due to abiding by our returns policy that is outlined both on our website and on the returns form that is enclosed in all of our packages.

We're sorry that your shoes didn't fit!😞 When this happens, we do operate a returns service so customers can receive a refund and then purchase the correct size, but it doesn't look as though you utilised this option, which is sad to see!

needs improvement
I ordered from Love raid because I saw a pair of heels I loved on asos but they were sold out on the site. I ordered using next day delivery not knowing that they only process orders monday-thursday which seems bizarre to me. consequently, the shoes arrived after the day I needed them for, so I had to return them. Moreover, the returns process is quite lengthy and you even have to pay the £2.50 delivery charge yourself.

Sorry to hear this! Our warehouse only operates Monday - Friday, and so this is the only point when orders can be collected by our carriers.
This is the reason why we only offer next-day delivery on orders placed Monday - Thursday, and is outlined at the point of checkout. We're working to expand this window in future, so keep an eye out!
The returns process is also outlined on our website, and the £2.49 charge is at a discount as opposed to competitor rates (normally around £4.00 with carrier's other than Royal Mail).
Returns are normally processed within 10 working days following receipt of the returned item but this is subject to how long the package takes to arrive to our warehouse, which we don't, sadly, have any control over.
Our returns team are also operating at a reduced capacity in light of COVID, so it can take a little longer than anticipated in some circumstances. We are working as hard as we can to get these processed as soon as we can, though!
Regardless, we hope this doesn't put you off giving us a second chance in future, and we're only an email away if you have any other questions. 😄

Great but some minor flaws
Ever since I made my first purchase June 2020 I have been in love with their shoes. I’ve been purchasing so many throughout the summer. Do pay attention though to the fabric of the shoes, the heel height and be careful with the design and color you see o the screen. I bought a blue straps sandal that when I received it the square toe design was much more exaggerated that I thought and the blue was more powder baby blue. I still love the shoe. I would not recommend their flats. I bought a pair and one side was a half size larger than the other. International shipping is super reliable with tracking. All in all I love their styles there is always something new.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received any updates on your order. Sadly, it looks as though the product you purchased sold out as you were completing the checkout process.
Although we try to ensure this doesn't happen, it's possible for this to happen if there are a number of customers ordering the same product simultaneously, so I really do apologise for this.
With this in mind, we have refunded your order in full back to your original payment method, as well as sent you an email with a unique one-time discount code attached for you, just in case you fancy giving us a second chance!
