Simple, reliable, and user-friendly
I’ve been using the Fienta platform for ticket sales, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. It’s a convenient and intuitive service that’s easy to understand and use.
The fees are low and transparent, and the ticket price for customers stays exactly the same as shown on the website, which is very important. The overall system is well-designed and user-friendly.
I also really appreciate the mobile app for scanning tickets — it works smoothly and makes event management much easier.
The support service is fast and helpful, and I like that I can communicate with them not only in English, which makes things even more comfortable.
I would definitely recommend Fienta to others looking for a reliable and efficient ticketing platform.

Lots of options how to setup ticket varieties - time based, amount based etc. No problems or complaints from any tickets holders - the purchase experience is also easy and fast.

Best Customer Service and no hidden fees
I have used Fienta many many times for large school events. The best thing about this is the very good communication and the personal relationship they build with each customer. The instructions to set up are very easy and clear. In addition, it's very easy to link the data and download all ticket information on an excel sheet. It is so easy without any extra costs apart from the ones that they have clearly stated. I couldn't recommend this more!
