I have an issue with getting a refund
I had an issue with getting order delivered due to incorrect being advised. Coins were returned to LMO after about 3 weeks Whilst on phone was “sold” another offer.
It arrived but was disappointing so returned for refund. Still waiting after nearly 2 months.
Told they have changed their system and have a backlog
Still waiting,my bank is stopping payments now not helped by the LMO inability to refund as promised

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it is to have waited so long for your refund. We appreciate that this has fallen well below the standard of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration.
We'd like the opportunity to investigate your account and ensure this is progressed as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Experience team at customerservices@londonmintoffice.org and we will take a look into this for you.
