The professional way they conduct their business
I have been with this company many a year now but this is the first time I have been so excited about receiving a couple of coins for my collection than this time the person on the other side of the line was so helpful and caring in her mannerism's she also had all the knowledge to go with what she was explaining to us this was a really good experience and a nice lady to boot we will carry on buying from this company for the foreseeable future and send them a big thank you for all the quality of help we received

Usually no problems
Usually no problems. The staff are all very friendly and easy to talk with. However on this occasion I failed an application after putting down a deposit and I couldn’t get an immediate refund as the coin had been automatically sent. I now have to wait for the returns form to arrive and send it back. An unnecessary and frustrating task .

Good Morning,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you've generally had positive experiences with our team and that you've found them friendly and helpful. However, we're sorry to learn that this particular experience was frustrating.
We appreciate that having to wait for a returns form after your application was unsuccessful wasn't the outcome you were expecting, and we understand why this felt like an unnecessary extra step. Your comments have been noted as we continue to review how we can improve our processes and make things as straightforward as possible for our customers.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
Kind regards,
Tanith

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way.
Whilst we're pleased the coin itself met your expectations, it's disappointing to learn that the service you received did not. We understand how important it is to get things right and regret that we fell short on this occasion.
We'd welcome the opportunity to look into what happened and see if there's anything we can do to address your concerns. Please contact our Customer Experience team at 0330 024 1001

Disgusted
Previously had issues with unwanted orders delivered with PIN verification despite numerous requests not to send out in this manner.
Received text message saying returned order had been received and proceeded to my account on 7th July. Then received demands for payment with late fees through the post last week. Today I received a text message threatening me with a debt recovery agency despite my account clearly showing an outstanding balance of £0.00
I am disgusted by their behaviour. I am hoping they will take back all products i have purchased from them over the last 7 years and provide a full refund.

Good Morning Nicola,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to read about your experience and appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly after returning your order and then receiving further communications that did not reflect the status of your account.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we'd like the opportunity to review your concerns in full, including the issues you've raised regarding previous deliveries and your request.
We have tried to reach out to you, however, if you have a preferred time of contact, please feel free to reach out on 0330 024 1001.
Kind regards,
Tanith
