I ordered 2 pairs of capri leggings and a long sleeved swim top and I received an email saying there was a concern with the colour shade - less of an espresso brown and more of a greyish brown. They refunded both pairs of leggings they shipped me AND they sent me a new pair of espresso brown leggings! Now I have 3 gorgeous sets of leggings! Fabulous clothing and super high quality!

I reached out Lolekai to return 2 rashguards and a bikini bottom. They said they would send new sizes for everything and to keep what was shipped! I can’t believe it! I’m excited to receive the new items and I will still make use of the ones I have already. Also, customer service responded sooooo quickly to every email! 🩷

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Lolekai! The quality of their products, the beautiful materials, and the attention to detail are outstanding. I especially love my Chocolate High-Rise Leggings and beautiful long-sleeve rash guard top, which matches beautifully with my leggings.

When I needed to exchange a size Large for a Medium, the Lolekai team went above and beyond to help me. They arranged to have the Medium made for me completely free of charge and even told me I could keep the original pair without having to return them! The Medium is a much better fit, and I truly appreciate how easy, generous, and stress-free they made the entire process.

It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Their communication was friendly, prompt, and thoughtful throughout the experience.

Ich habe lange im Netz nach schönen bunten Leggins gesucht und hier bin ich fündig geworden.Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, auch wenn mancher gern ein Schnäppchen macht. Aber Schnäppchen sind eben nicht immer Schnäppchen !
Hier stimmt einfach alles, die Qualität ist fantastisch, eine mega große Auswahl an ganz tollen Farben und den unterschiedlichsten Materialzusammensetzungen. Die Farbpalette sprengt wirklich alles, das findet man so schnell nirgends.
Der Kundenservice ist der Hammer, da kann sich mancheiner eine Scheibe abschneiden.Ich hatte die falsche Farbe bestellt und binnen kürzester Zeit bekam ich eine Antwort und alles wurde erledigt. Die Kommunikation ist wirklich erstklassig und absolut kundenorientiert in jeglicher Form, danke nochmals 😘

I was really impressed about their commitment to warranty issues regarding their products. They responded quickly to my warranty issue and replaced my hiking poles.

I had such a positive experience with their customer support. There was an issue with the contact details on my order, which resulted in the package being sent to the wrong address, and they were incredibly proactive and helpful in trying to sort everything out.

Once I received the order, I realized I needed a different size, and they were just as helpful with that — very quick, efficient and accommodating.

I ordered a size too large in the rashguard and customer service was above and beyond! There are not many companies around like this anymore and I feel good about supporting them. The swim leggings and rashguard are high quality, soft, stretchy, and look good. I have a very short torso and I ordered my normal size of Large and it was way too long- down to mid thigh. I am 5’6”. Keep this in mind when ordering and make sure to look at the product measurements in the size guide. The leggings are the best and are good at reducing the appearance of cellulite. I already ordered another outfit for my scuba trip to Indonesia.

The support team was truly the friendliest I’ve ever experienced! The responses were super fast, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The products were exactly what I had hoped for as well – the quality and craftsmanship were simply top-notch. I can definitely recommend this shop and would happily order from here again anytime!

Absolutely brilliant customer service!

The person who helped me was amazing. When my order arrived, there was a slight fault with the design, so I contacted customer services by email. They replied within minutes and, without any hesitation, offered to replace my order or provide a full refund. You really can’t ask for better customer service than that!

The quality of the fabric is also amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another gym set from Lolekai.

They have a fantastic range of swimwear and gymwear, with some really unique and eye-catching designs that are definitely a little different from the usual.

Although I ended up not wanting to keep the product I purchased, yes, I still give 5 stars. We all know that ordering online is not like being in the physical store where we can feel and touch a product, and hence, may not be what we were looking for. But I have to say that Lolekai's customer service was above and beyond in not only easily enabling my refund, but also taking every effort to understand why I wanted to return the product, genuinely asking for feedback not just for show, but actually forwarding to the various business units responsible for improving. Additionally, they went on to make sure I was kept completely whole, with no regrets trying this direct order with an unfamiliar company. As a recommendation, I would not hesitate to give them a try.

The customer service is really professional, kind, and supportive. They went above and beyond in communication and were extremely accommodating.

I ordered a rash guard but it didn’t fit quite right and I forgot to return it until after the 30 day return policy had passed. I emailed anyway and heard back within 20 minutes with promise of a full refund or an offer to replace with a different size. The support team were absolutely lovely and super helpful throughout the entire process.

I am thrilled with my purchases! High quality, gorgeous patterns, and the website accurately depicts all colors. I went back and forth on some of my purchases, and Lolekai support went above and beyond with assisting my decision-making ... then were very responsive when I realized I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size in a few pieces. I can't wait to tell everyone about them!

I made a mistake on my order. I contacted the team and within 20 minutes they reached out and fixed the issue. Wonderful customer service and they were very kind!
