Ordered the tank tops with bra inserts- very nice product, lovely fabric & quality- but the cups did not fit properly.

I initially had some difficulty making my return but ultimately they refunded me & I appreciate the service.

Although the tank tops themselves did not fit me well, the customer service was outstanding, and they resolved my issue quickly and easily. Since I had such a great experience with their customer service, I would encourage others to consider ordering from the brand even though it may be difficult to figure out your size online.

All I can say is WOW!! My Customer Service experience was fantastic!! They answered my e-mail request promptly, listened to my concerns and followed through with solutions.
What more can I ask for!!!

I ordered two halter tops, same top different colors. The tops are amazing soft material, good quality material, and good colors. The tops are, however, did not work for me. They did not give me the support I need to wear the tops without a bra as shown in the pictures. So real disappointed in the tops. The customer service however has been Great! They have been quick to respond and very helpful and eager to work out my disappointment. I would order again from this company when I find a suitable item.

I ordered this really cool pant jumpsuit from their website. When it arrived I noticed it didn’t fit like the photo (the buckle straps at the tightest option wasn’t enough to raise the top to be able to wear without a bra like the photo without everything still showing , and I’m not a huge breasted woman) and saw that I couldn’t order a smaller size to try. Thinking this would be another hassle since this wasn’t shipped from the US, I reached out to customer service with the issue. To my surprise, they were prompt in responding AND resolving the issue. So much so that I responded back to them about it.
I’m disappointed the outfit didn’t fit, but I would happily buy something else from their site. Honestly the best, quickest, and simplest customer service I’ve ever dealt with buying online.

Customer service was excellent. They addressed any issues I had quickly and were very understanding. I love my alls. I just didn't want 3 colors. I only wanted to keep 1 and they were very accomodating. I will buy from them again.

I had a problem with the fit of the bikini I ordered so I contacted Customer Service. They were quick and efficient and solved my issue to my satisfaction.

I'm disappointed that I did not receive the product I ordered. I got a message saying it was delivered, but it wasn't in my mailbox. I contacted the post office, but the tracking number was not a USPS number so they couldn't track it. I am pleased the company refunded me right away after all of this.

Excellent customer service when I ordered a dress that didn't fit.

I purchased 2 dresses from Iktops. The dresses did not fit and one came late. I contacted their customer service and they were so very helpful to correct the situation. They truly wish to please the customer. I wish all companies were as wonderful as they were!!

My item did not fit, so I had to request a refund. It took a few steps but my money was completely refunded

The product I purchased, shorts, were too big. I had to email them to get instructions on a return. They responded quickly and refunded my money promptly. Fantastic customer service and the shorts would have been cute had they not been too big!!

My tops did not fit right. At first I was not getting a response on how to return but they ended up crediting my account. I appreciate the credit.

I ordered a pair of shorts but they were too big. The quality was great and it arrived in the time the estimated. Iktops were so great at refunding the order. I’ll have to try some new things from them next time because the quality was great.

My order got lost and I emailed iktops customer service and got a prompt refund. I have reordered and am awaiting those. That was my second order, first order was delivered and tops were great quality so I will be ordering from company again

Customer service by email was very responsive

I recently ordered 3 pairs of shorts; 2 mediums and 1 large. I wanted to return the mediums and order more large ones since they were more comfortable. I sent in a return request and it took a few days to get a response which initially concerned me, but then customer service did respond and told me to keep the mediums and they would refund the purchase. I am very impressed with the customer service!! And the quality of the shorts is superb! Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my order. Dress did not fit and I ask to return and a refund. After several e mails they gave me a refund and told me to keep the merchandise or donate. I’m donating to a local shelter for battered women and girls. They were very helpful and pleasant to do business with. I would give iktops a 5 star rating and hope to do business with them very soon. They were very helpful in solving my problem. Many online company’s are not legit but IK tops are first class.
