Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. I ordered at the London Waterloo shop
I ordered at the London Waterloo shop. I need to call the shop 3 times to follow up with the order in 1 week and no follow up was done. Finally, I call the customer hotline. The staff in the customer hotline helped me to confirm the order. It is a very frustrating experience in ordering a cake at that shop.

Pistachio and Chocolate - not sure
I love Lola’s cupcakes and I buy them regularly however the most recent purchase (pistachio and chocolate) was disappointing.. I will stick to the traditional flavours.

Not as lovely as I remember
I usually love Lola's cupcakes and their celebration cakes but the 12 batch of assorted flavour cupcakes I bought wasn't as nice as they've been before, they were overly sweet, too much frosting and the cake was dry and lacking much flavour. Not worth the £30+ I spent. Disappointed.

The cake was exquisite
The cake was exquisite, as were the vegan/gluten free cupcakes. So many people at the party commented it was the best cake they'd ever tasted.

21st Birthday Disaster Averted
I ordered a 5" cake for collection, and when I arrived I didn't realise how small it was. A lovely lady named Mia helped me choose some delicious cupcakes to serve with my cake, and her recommendations were amazing! She was extremely friendly, and efficient, and I am so glad and thankful for her help in making my 21st Birthday memorable. Thank you Mia!!!
