Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. This cake was amazing and so easy to order. I will definitely order a cake again. The cake looked and tasted amazing. The staff were ever so friendly and polite.

Best gluten free cake ever
Having to order gluten free , Lola’s cupcakes is the best tasting, and looking by far that I have ever tried, it actually didn’t seem like it was gluten free at all.
The sponge did not crumble like other GF cakes I have purchased and the texture was great.
I’m just waiting for the next birthday to try another flavour

Barely any frosting
The cupcakes were great. The red velvet birthday cake, not so much. We get these multiple times a year for celebrations (birthdays and anniversaries, new jobs etc) however the cream cheese frosting was so minimal on the cake this time. Really disappointed

Great service and price
Great service, very convenient and not as expensive as other quotes! My husband got the shock of his life when he went to pick up a ‘gender reveal’ cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday!

Birthday Cake
Ordered a cake for my mum’s birthday party. She loved it. Everyone loved it. It was so delicious. Everyone was asking me where I got the cake from. People were surprised when I told them it’s was from Lola’s.

Always a great experience!
Megan at Lola’s Bluewater is always so friendly and helpful. We were picking up a last minute wedding cake and the service is always great. The cake was amazing and the wedding guests loved it. Thank you Megan for the great service and always being a friendly approachable face!

Birthday Blues
I visited the Bluewater store on my birthday last week to collect my 'free' cupcake treat. The 3 stars are for the cupcake, lovely as always. Really disappointed with my visit. 4 members of staff and just me, 2 on their phones, 1 standing by the till and 1 who was just leaning up against the wall but have no idea what she was doing. Didn't acknowledge me and I had no eye contact for the whole of my transaction. To be honest I was going to purchase my actual birthday cake from the store but decided to go to M&S instead. Really disappointed with my visit and the service I received.
