Ordered a mermaid cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was delicious and moist. I also ordered two boxes of their mini cup cakes which are the perfect size for kids and they were devoured. Really great I was able to order online and collect from a Lola’s close to me two days later which was super efficient!

Wonderful personalised cake for my mother's 💯 th birthday. Exactly as ordered, packed in a very sturdy box. I ordered the large raspberry and lemon cake. It looked and tasted divine. The sponge tasted really home made and was enjoyed by everyone.
Not my first Lola's cake and won't be my last!

Everything! Ordering was easy, pickup straightforward which worked well as I was ordering from home in Scotland and collecting on my arrival in London.
The cake was DELICIOUS! I ate my whole piece and went back for more, which is unusual for me. Beautiful decoration which far exceeded the picture and a really special cake to present for our gathering. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Cakes are good but they taste much sweeter over the years so I don’t tend to buy them too often.

I have ordered the Fresh Berries Cake around 10 times, and both the cake itself and the fresh cream icing have always been exceptional.
This time, however, I ordered the Unicorn Cake and was disappointed to find that the icing was very different from what I am used to. Instead of the fresh cream icing I have enjoyed previously, it had a much sweeter, sugary texture that felt like the shop-bought one. The cake sponge and filling itself were still excellent.
Unfortunately, my experience in-store at the Ealing Broadway branch was also disappointing. The salesperson did not acknowledge my "good morning," "thank you," or "have a good day," either verbally or through basic customer-service gestures such as a smile or a nod. This made the interaction feel unfriendly and unwelcoming.
I remain a fan of the cakes and hope this was an isolated experience, but I wanted to share this feedback as both the product consistency and customer service fell below the standards I have come to expect.

I ordered the Black Forest cake first time & it was delicious.
It wasn’t overly sweet & nice balance of chocolate & cherry flavour.

It's my 2nd cake from them in a month. One gender reveal and a 60th. Both were beautiful, well made, ready when asked for. Great packaging to protect each cake as well. Communication excellent and everyone loved the cakes🙂. More than generous servings with the ability to customise items

Great Victoria sponge cake. Was able to pay and collect it after so if saved me from carrying it in the heat while I was running errands.

The lady in Ealing was very helpful, the cake was delivered perfectly on time, the cake was super yummy and everyone enjoyed it very much.
