My experience has been very poor. They gave me one set of information by email and then contradicted it several times. Unfortunately, I fell for it once, but I will not buy from them again.

Love love my glasses
I just received my glasses from Lohause and I absolutely love them - they are the perfect fit and easy on the face. I ordered progressive photofusion glasses and I had never ordered online as it is always a risk but these glasses were just right. There was a delay in me getting them as they were very busy but as soon as I emailed them, they immediately got back to me and kept me updated with the progress of the shipment. I highly recommend Lohause to anyone looking for very cool and trendy glasses - I am so happy with mine 🤓👌🏼

The miracle of good Marketing
The sunglasses arrived in a simple DHL bag with no outer packaging, just the sunglasses box itself. When I opened it, I immediately noticed protective stickers on both sides of the lenses. That’s usually a red flag for low-quality lenses, and unfortunately, removing the stickers confirmed it: the lens quality feels cheap. The frame design and colour are actually quite nice, but the temple hinges are extremely stiff, which only reinforced my impression that the product’s value lies mostly in its appearance, not its craftsmanship. Overall, it seems like you’re paying for design and marketing rather than true quality. In my opinion, they’re not worth the price.

Problems Happen, But Customer Service Made It Right
First, I ordered the Winston Paradox N2 and truly love the frames. They're everything I'd hoped for and more.
Next time I would spring the extra for blue-light blocking lenses, as the 'standard' does visibly reflect some (minimal but noticeable) blue/purple light to the person looking at you.
I have to give it to the Customer Service Team at Lohause. 10/10. It's no secret that the U.S. government is a mess (and as it turns out, so is getting packages through Customs). There were some shipping snafus as a result, no fault of Lohause, but they went out of their way to keep me updated and communicated the headaches to DHL so I did not have to.
All in all: a very satisfied customer. Worth it for such a great look and well-made product! (Just budget a little extra time if you're a U.S. customer)

The finest eye glasses I have ever owned
I found lohaus through ads on Instagram. I was hesitant because I’ve had mixed results ordering items from the vendors on that site. However, the frames Iohaus has were very reasonably priced, and I liked every one of them. I am so glad I did. I’ve been wearing glasses for most of my life, and these are, bar none, the finest pair I have ever had. Aside from the frame, which I really like, the lenses are the thinnest I have ever had, and the price is so reasonable that in a short time I will order a second pair.
