Placed order in September for two items. Received one and still haven't received the other item. Advised it was delivered when it clearly was not. Constant chasers. Will never use again. Avoid avoid avoid. Could not emphasise enough how crap the service has been.

Falsely described item, doesn't do what it claims. They admitted the misdescription but refused a refund on the grounds that the item sent wasn't faulty.

The item promised on the website was nothing compared to the one received: poor quality, no accessories as promised, appalling packaging. I wish I could attach pictures to show what a disgrace it is. The seller doesn't seem to know what is sent from their warehouse. Seller accepted a refund of 10% and I could keep the item but I didn't want this "doll" which was scary. I am so glad I bought through Paypal since I will get a full refund.

Not a UK company, Chinese. Item took 21 days to arrive. Two items arrived, battered, open, no packaging, no booklet, no sealaphane. Tag batteries half full. Customers services too 9 days to reply after emailing 3 times for refund.Eventual reply was cut n paste Ts n Cs, which never mentioned anything relating to pictures I sent. Fobbed off is what I felt. They blamed batteries been half full on their app having a glitch. My items have either been used or tampered with. Stay well away from this company. Look at iTag for tracker devices for kids, cars etc. I entrusted my 'use UK company' and it was disastrous.

Chinese company. Dont be fooled by “UK” in their name. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Seller then refuses to give refund. After challenging them under UK Consumer Contract Regulations for online selling, agreed to a refund but I had to bear return postage costs to China!

This is not a uk site, it is based in the USA if anywhere at all. The internal review site is made to look like Trust pilot. Have been told has been posted but have no expectations that the product will arrive or it it does will not be the quality it is. Raising a complaint vi a PayPal and bank as this is a scam site

Appalling products and no after sales and refusal of returns despite saying free no hassle returns!!

As we mentioned previously, we are unable to process a refund in this case, since the product was purchased at a discount. According to our store policy, items bought on sale do not qualify for refunds.

Avoid this company. I ordered a tracker which was faulty. Slow response and basically been told I won’t receive a refund. I did not realise they’re based in America. I was threatened the device may be lost in transit if I return it but I’ll pay $50 to return it. Thankfully I’ve paid with PayPal and managed to get a refund that way! Avoid at all costs. I wish I looked on here before buying as it seems others have had similar experiences

Don't trust I think that he said this is not a UK company the shipping is horrendous and the product was nothing like it was described refused money back as said they said it was exactly it was half the size of the product description and probably a quarter of the weight of what it should have been. The quality was very poor like you would get for a market store in the 90s

Item was not as described, sent photo and videos of the rug as evidence, they have stopped replying. Doubt ill get a refund.

yeah bought A GPS tracker from this lot. plugged it in to charge as instruction manual stated. charging light did not luninate. so assumed it is not working. contacted little dreams for return and refund details. they insisted on a picture of product. sent picture to which they responded, "we can see that it is in good condition and has no faults" amazing they can tell if something works by looking at a photo. they should work for NASA if they are that good. they refused return stating it was delivered direct from manufacturer, which took around 14 days, so probably China. funny how you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days, coincidence, nah. after contacting them and several emails requesting return and refund with them giving BS as to why they would not accept return. anyway luckily i paid using pay pal ballance. reported the issue to pay pal giving the afore mentioned details and got a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHARKS

Unfortunately there isn’t an option for no stars.
I purchased a £27 tracker from Little Dreams. When it eventually arrived the recharging light was faulty so I contacted customer service to return the item and get my money back.
The only positive is that they respond quite quickly but kept saying that they would send a replacement - which I didn’t want.
5 emails later they’re saying that returns are normally $20 to $50. I thought this was a British based company, so why dollars and even with the cost of 1st class stamps………
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Pure scam

Definitely a scam.

Bought a weighted sensory snake for my autistic daughter, and after a wait for it to arrive, was sent just a cheap plush snake. The packaging even said plush snake. It was clearly not the product they’d advertised, with none of the features it was supposed to have. I contacted customer service and was refused a refund or return as it supposedly was the correct product, and then they ceased to answer further emails. I ended up using chargeback to get my money back.

Horrible company..advertised as being in the UK but found out they are not..it's just a scam company. I ordered an anti reflux bed for my sick baby and still haven't received anything. After two weeks they sent me a tracking update and the product is still in China!!!I have already reported to UK trading standards. Do not buy from this website.

This site is selling car seats advertised as safety tested!! They are not! In fact the BBC have stated they have been banned for years and are killer seats for toddlers. When asking for a refund they refused. Even though they were delivered within the 30 day policy of their full refund and unused. Lucky I used my Credit card as they given me a full refund. Ask your bank or PayPal for refund as this company is not following the UK sales act !! Disgusting and unacceptable service. Trading standards informed.

I have ordered a portable car seat but it seems i cant return that as the return address is in USA and it will cost me alot.

What an awful experience!
Not only it took over 10 days to deliver, but after a week on purchasing and after checking the status of the ordered and showing it hadn’t been out for delivery yet, I tried to cancel it.
Customer service replied that the ordered was processed so it was not possible, so I had yo order another product to bring to my holidays as this one wouldn’t arrive on time.
And now I cannot return it?
The product is untouched!
I only opened the delivery bag for the picture you requested.

This is such a disappointment
