I bought a sensory swing for my daughter. Customer service is horrific. Only the connecting part was delivered but they claimed the whole thing was delivered. Absolute scam. Please avoid.

Editing to say they are adamant that it has been delivered. They have sent me proof that it has been delivered. A random picture of a house in America. Definitely not my address in the UK. It’s laughable how terrible this company is.

Terribly misleading description on the website, basically completely lying about the capabilities of the 'robot' dog. I feel stupid for believing it would be a decent product but they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming innocent customers wanting to by a gift for a child.

Awful experience. AI/Bot replying for nearly 2 months.
Item I ordered on 3rd December never arrived (now nearly Feb).
Refused to issue a refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal who refunded me.
AVOID.

Ordered a gift on December 3rd for Christmas. It didn't arrive. They then told me they had sent another one. This wasn't true. They lied that the item had attempted to be delivered. This wasn't true. Now chasing a refund as the item is being tracked by EVRI as being returned to sender.

Avoid at all costs.

We ordered two different remote control dinosaurs, a veloceraptor and a spinosaurus. These were Christmas gifts for our grandsons. When they opened them, we realised they were in fact the same veloceraptor but in different colours. We emailed the company to ask them to rectify their mistake and they were, and continue to be, extremely unhelpful and evasive. We’ve tried to avoid overuse of Amazon, choosing instead to support smaller businesses. Our experience with little dreams is turning into a big nightmare. We’ll never order from them again.

I am trying to return an item because it arrived late. The company is making it practically impossible for me to do so as they won’t disclose their returns address. So I will have to keep asking or most likely have to take this up with my credit company. The reason I want to return the item is the package took weeks to arrive in the first place.

Cheap plastic rubbish from China. I thought they were a UK company but it came from China so took ages to arrive and missed Christmas. Have asked for a refund and they have gone quiet. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, terrible company.

DO NOT BUY! This company is a scam. False advertising, knock-off products, complete disregard for UK Consumer Law - refused to refund, I am incredibly annoyed I didn’t check impartial reviews before buying.

Item received was very poor quality, nothing like it looked on their site. They would not accept a return for a refund. Avoid this company like the plague.....you have been warned ⚠️

Ordered play pen and nothing has arrived. It’s been over 3 weeks. Very disappointed as their customer service team kept assuring me that it would come and now is completely unresponsive

Sent a plainly counterfeit Jellycat - no tags, filled with stuffing instead of beans, didn’t even arrive in time for Christmas. Reported to trading standards as they are clearly scammers and I hate that my niece’s Christmas is ruined because of them; they should be in prison.

The courier they employ delivered the product days too late and it was stolen from behind a food bin they placed in front of the door. The company refused to refund me despite consumer rights law supporting my position. PayPal refunded me immediately. If you are mad enough to buy from them be sure to use a credit card or PayPal as they will not honour their responsibilities if anything goes wrong.

Really poor quality for the price paid. I tried to return the keyboard and the refused to take it back, the keyboard had not been gifted yet so was unused. This is a company to stay well away from!

Do not buy from this company.
False information on their web site.
The Buddy Puppy I ordered is a piece of tatt that you could buy from any market trader.
On messaging them they assured me it was the real thing I ordered.
This is laughable as there are no comparisons in what I got and what is described on their site.
We all need to report this to Trading Standards and hopefully they will pull down their website

Horrendous experience. Bought "robot" toy dog for daughter for Christmas. Looked "real life" on-line. Took weeks to arrive. Finally arrived after lots of chasing. Product looks cheap, extremely low quality, doesn't do any of what it is supposed to do. Sending it straight back. Tried to leave feedback on their website and my review "disappeared". Seems they only post the "good" ones on there. Avoid!!!

Items arrived and were wrong. One item did not work at all. Company sent another to replace this but the description stated that the items had 8mb storage and they do not. Not willing to refund me for the items, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered the kids keyboard/piano. The item is really cheap looking when it arrived not worth the money. It also pretends to be a UK site when in fact you wait nearly 4 weeks for anything to arrive and you get no response to any emails asking for info about the item is. Would never use again.

Terrible company.i bought my son a remote control car and he used it 3 times and then the control stopped working.
It was only 2 months old and minimal use.
Very poor quality and cheaply made.
The company wouldnt do anything to help with a control replacement.
Nearly £80 down the drain and a very upset little boy.
Company will probably go bust in a years time.
Don't ever buy from here.

Horrific Company AVOID

Poor quality product - falsely advertised dimensions. Item arrived in bashed up polystyrene - no box. Very low quality. Awful customer service, they just washed their hands of it. No refunds / returns, even if I could it looks like you have to pay to ship to Dallas TX at own cost!. Really angry with myself for not checking the company before ordering. Avoid like the plague, it’s money down the drain.
