Absolute scam, they dont deserve one star either. They dont accept return and need view evidence for the electronic product. This is my experience but urge other to check the product policy and then decide.

I ordered a bed for my baby with Colic/Silent reflux, 12 days later im still waiting and it hasn’t even been despatched after I have been advised several times this is escalated to urgent despatch!! I ordered this as I needed it urgently for a sick child and am still waiting on getting this resolved or refunded.. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Email table tennis continues.

AVOID this company. My order took ages to arrive. When it did an item was missing. Company refused to refund or resend item. Poor quality products. Poor customer service. AVOID.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LITTLE DREAMS. The items they send are of such low quality you cannot use them safely with a child. They refuse to offer a return process. Am reporting to trading standards but please please don't order from this company it is a complete scam.

AWFUL SERVICE AND REFUSING TO REFUND WHEN I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. As many others have noted this is a scam company with no customer care protocols. The company drop ships. My items arrived after a few weeks directly from the factory in China with typical "comedy" instructions enclosed. Refund was refused. I was mis-sold a pile of Ali Express crap worth a few Yuan.

I ordered a fungal treatment from Little Dream UK around 4 weeks ago while I was in serious pain and urgently needed the product. What I received instead was a very stressful, disappointing, and suspicious experience.
• Despite giving them the correct address, they posted my order to the wrong address.
• When I contacted them, instead of resolving the problem, they shockingly sent me someone else’s personal address in their reply — which is both unprofessional and a serious breach of trust.
• Four weeks later, I still have no product, no refund, and no real solution.

This company has taken my money and failed completely to deliver. Their handling of customer information is careless, their communication dismissive, and their service unreliable.

⚠️ I strongly advise others: do not buy from Little Dream UK. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted and their behavior feels like a scam.

I will also be reporting this company to Trading Standards and urging Trustpilot to investigate their practices so more customers don’t fall into the same trap.

Wish i could give zero stars. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Out to scam people with young babies, unhelpful, cheating crooks. Don't buy from them. They will ship your product weeks after you order it then not let you return it. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Products not fit for purpose and not up to safety standards. When asking for a refund, I'm told I can't return it as it's not defective or damaged!
Their refund policy on their web page does not state this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I wish I read the reveiws first! I ordered car seat boosters and it was very poor quality. I think the items come from China because it took forever to get dispatched. I contacted them and customer service responded stating ".... As outlined in our terms, refunds and returns are only applicable for defective or damaged products, and not for situations such as having purchased a different item by mistake or needing another version of the product". This was after I explained that the product was very poor quality and not fit for purpose, they had the audacity to offer "As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 15% partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience". I regret buying from them as I still need to buy a car seat booster for my son. I am so so upset! There should be more laws to protect consumers from tyrant businesses like Little Dreams UK Ltd.

Absolutely awful company! Please do not use! I wish I had seen reviews before buying from them. I totally agree with others who have said not even worth one star. The item I purchased came unboxed and was worth about £5 from a local bargain store. It didn’t represent the item described or pictured at all! I paid a whopping £47 for it! The company refused my refund and was very rude! The only way I could get my money back was by opening a case with PayPal.

Whoops - wish I looked at the reviews first. Didn't dispatch the item for weeks so requested to cancel and they wouldn't let me. Ignoring all my requests to return.
The website is full of FAKE REVIEWS. AI generated product images.
It's quite clearly a scam. Haven't even opened the package...
Suggesting they operate from UK but that is not the case. It's just china drop shipping. Not sure if it's even legal. As others suggest DO NOT USE.

SCAM WEBSITE

Selling Temu rubbish at a massive price. Product does not match the website image at all. Will not give a refund even though photo evidence was provided by my dad to show the massive difference.

Do not buy from this site they are very misleading and worst service i have ever recieved purchased a 160cm teddy bear it arrived featherless nothing like the image and paid for express delievery arrived 3 weeks later nothing like image

Horrified they won’t honour a return, there website delivery timelines and actual date are just false by several days. Therefore not in time for our vacation. This is to me as bad as falsely describing the products. No difference in the end to end customer experience. Now they won’t honour the return. Do not buy anything from them is my advise.

had a gps tracker and evri have sent it to a loocker box 5 times and not left it have been intouch 6 times and cant get a refund have had to get paypal invovled
