Horrific Company AVOID

Poor quality product - falsely advertised dimensions. Item arrived in bashed up polystyrene - no box. Very low quality. Awful customer service, they just washed their hands of it. No refunds / returns, even if I could it looks like you have to pay to ship to Dallas TX at own cost!. Really angry with myself for not checking the company before ordering. Avoid like the plague, it’s money down the drain.

Wish I reviewed this company before purchasing.. I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it yet (pregnancy pillow which I needed quickly). It looks like a legitimate UK company which is the only reason I purchased from it, its not, my product is being shipped from China and taking 2 weeks to arrive. Companies like this should be allowed to trade as a UK company when they are not!

Like other reviews I purchased from this company without checking it. You would think that a company called Little Dreams UK was based in the UK. This isn't the case they are a Chinese Company. I ordered a keyboard, which was a present, a month ago. It still hasn't arrived, so I have had to buy another from a genuine UK company to ensure I will have it by Christmas.

This is for Customer Service, I required some assistance and Joaquín N went above and beyond to help with the query. It was handled efficiently and resolved within a very short timeframe.

Avoid this company! I placed an order without checking its credibility…5 minutes later I checked review which were all negative! Contacted them straightaway for order cancellation and it took them two days to reply and they refused to cancel. Currently in process of dispute through PayPal. Never ever again. The company was recommended by my CHATGPT assistant whom I told off!

Zero stars if I could! In a rash moment I purchased from this company - where I normally do my research I just forgot. Looks like a UK business but definitely a Chinese rip off. They ignore all UK consumer law, will not issue refunds, will not cancel orders and returns are impossible. Item was cheap plastic and not worth amount paid - three times price found on AliExpress. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I tried to return the terribly made slippers I purchased from Little Dreams UK and was refused a refund despite it being within two weeks of delivery - as per UK consumer law. The sole of the slippers was not even attached to the actual slipper making it dangerous for my toddler to wear; I sent photos, still they refused to refund me. Luckily I paid by paypal so they provided a refund but this scam company needs to be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. Selling cheap and nasty products using false advertising on their website. No refunds given, stock responses received on emails when you request said refund because the item you expected, isn’t the item you received. Honestly don’t know how they sleep at night, complete cowboys. AVOID!!!

I was unhappy with the item when I received it so claimed an immediate refund as covered by UK consumer law.
Little Dreams are ignoring this and refusing a return or refund.
They call their Company Little Dreams Uk but appear to operating from the USA.

Thus Little Dreams Uk is a front designed to deceive you into thinking that they are a UK Company.
I am reporting them to Trading Standards about their refusal to offer a refund as covered by UK Law and for passing themselves off as a UK Company.

This is an untrustworthy company. They traded dishonestly with me. They did not deal with my concerns with clarity, with truth or within normal business practice. I would strongly urge other potential customers not to enter any financial transactions with them. Below is a brief account of my experience:
I wanted a specific toy advertised by Little Dreams. Prior to my order, they confirmed by email the provenance and quality of the toy (their statements proved untrue). It cost approximately £45.
The toy took 3 weeks to arrive
The packaging was flimsy
The box was battered.
Most importantly, it was NOT the toy I ordered.
Little Dreams had assured me that the toy I was expecting was genuine which it was not.
They allowed me to think it was coming from their UK address until it became obvious it was coming from China.
The box was covered in Chinese writing.
They refused to accept it was not the toy I ordered despite photographic evidence. They insisted the toy was in excellent condition when they could not know that because the box had never been opened by me. They insisted the toy was fit for purpose even though it was not what I ordered and the box remained unopened.
I requested a refund.
They obfuscated for weeks about a return under a cloak of polite but contradictory emails.
On one occasion they offered me £4 as a good will gesture. In the end they offered nothing and said that nothing would be done. The trail of emails lasted approximately one month.

Requested a refund on the day I received the item. Their site states a 30 day refund policy and uk law determines that I am entitled to return the item however these cowboys seem operate outside of the law. All I got was an email stating that the item arrived within the delivery time specified and that I am not eligible to return the item or get a refund. Complete scammers do not purchase from these D1ck Turpins of the web.

Awful company. I ordered a tracker watch for my daughter which you can insert a SIM card in and make calls. The SIM slot didn't fit any size SIM card so kept not registering the SIM. I emailed and asked for a refund. I was asked to send photos and a video which I did. I was then given unhelpful suggestions and asked to send more videos. After about 15 emails I was told it would be sent to the resolution team. I then received another watch exactly the same which I didn't ask for or want. I emailed explaining I didn't want a replacement, I wanted a refund. I was then asked to send a video showing what is wrong with the new watch! I said again I hadn't opened it as I didn't want a new watch, and so it goes on and on, I don't believe I will ever get a refund.

Nothing like the interactive puppy advertised, total rip off !! AVOID THIS COMPANY, why they are still selling this plastic crap and getting away with it , leave this puppy in China!!

Very disappointed with the service taken over two weeks and zero communication.

No charger with the monster truck I ordered for my son’s birthday gift! Absolute waste of money! Got a sarcastic reply from Ivan R at customer services! Do not buy from these rip off merchants

If I could rate no stars I would but I want to warn people off this company. It’s a complete scam. They have refused a refund despite it being within 30 days and the product is unused, unopened and can be resold. They kept banging on about their policy but according to their policy I should be refunded.

Most likely because although it says they are based in Manchester, they are not so they have tried and successfully wormed their way out of the issue / situation. It is cheap Chinese tat. Do NOT buy anything from here, it could also be potentially unsafe. I have also contacted Citizens Advice and Action Fraud about this company.

Item was nothing like pictured on the website.

Requested refund to be told the fact I don't like th goods is not covered by the returns policy. Obviously not aware of the distant selling law. Then advised they don't recommend a refund because the cost of shipping is to much for customers and the item may be lost in transit.

Please don't purchase from them

I bought two GPS watches for my children from Little Dreams in May. Within a couple of months, both chargers stopped working — the watches were barely used, kept safely at home, and haven’t been damaged in any way.

When I contacted customer support, I was told the order had “passed the 30-day period covered by our after-sales service policy”, and that they were therefore unable to provide replacements or refunds. I found this shocking — it’s completely unreasonable for a product to stop working after such a short time and for the company to take no responsibility.

I even offered to purchase new chargers as a last resort, just so the watches could be used, but received no reply. I’ve now wasted money on two watches that can’t be charged, plus the cost of two SIM cards that are now useless.

Extremely disappointing experience. The products don’t work, the after-sales support is non-existent, and the company’s policies do not reflect standard UK consumer protections. I would strongly advise others not to order from this company. The reviews on its own website must be fake.
