i am a spaz when things go wrong, and when things go wrong, I am looking for something to help fix it. Unfortunately this is also the moment i need to talk to someone about their product and well, you can see the problem,
I bough this product almost immediately! not only was it affordable, and could fix my major problem of listing my main shop on other channels automatically, but i got someone in customer service immediately! live! who was so helpful...
love. My stress level came down 500 knots and now I can fix whats broken, knowing if I get stuck, I have back up.

Really Responsive Support. I had an issue with a sales channel that had made API changes. Support responded pretty much immediately, identified the issue quickly, and offered a satisfactory work-around. I wasn't expecting the issue to be resolved (at least to a satisfactory level) so quickly. Kudos to LitCommerce for that!
