These guys provide THE BEST clickey typey beepy boopy product for messaging the customers that I have ever used.
To compare, I have also used helpscout and edesk, and those guys are like, way not as good as 3d sellers. Like Helpscout is like a toyota and Edesk is like a Nissan but dang dude 3Dsellers is like an Aston Martin it's hot and sleek and does the job great and fast and the customer service is great and oh wait maybe Aston Martin isn't a good analogy cuz that would imply that they break down a lot and are exepensive to fix, uhmm, uhhh I guess uhhh it's more like uhhh Corvette yeah buddy that's it, Corvette, it's like cool and rad and works great and gets the job done quick yeah heck yeah

I’ve been using 3Dsellers for a while now with eBay and Amazon, and it has honestly simplified and streamlined our business.

The AI listing tool is probably my favorite feature. It’s incredibly fast—I can just drop in a URL or a few details and it generates the descriptions and SEO-optimized titles for me. It’s saved me hours of manual typing and research, and the listings look way more professional than when I was doing them myself.

I've been using 3DSellers for a few years to manage multiple ebay stores and cross listing to woocommerce. I couldn't be happier. From syncing live inventory, a centralized product catalog for multiple accounts, creating ebay listing templates, scheduling orders & listings reports, they have become a crucial part of my daily system. Also the sheer detail of advanced pricing, multi-listing, and bulk editing features available allows me to edit some difficult and odd tasks that couldn't even be done inside eBay. Overall, I'm very pleased with the software and everyone I've spoken to have be very helpful and quick with response. After trying many of the other popular multi-listing platforms I can say honestly say 3Dsellers is hands down the most advanced ebay focused cross listing platform.

since I started using 3d seller, my eBay work management has been streamlined a lot. Whether it is listing new products or replying to messages or adding a template or editing any listings, it's been such a wonderful experience that I can never imaging going back to the traditional methods.

Essential bit of software for my eBay and Shopify store for inventory management. Customer service team are helpful and responsive. Updating policies in bulk across all listing is another standout feature. Would recommend to any medium to large eBay store.

3Dsellers is a wonderful third-party eBay listing app. The software offers so many time-saving features, like bulk edit & search & replace, so that you can, for example, change a design template for multiple listings. They offer many pre-designed listing templates for use with your subscription which you can edit, or they offer the ability to use your own HTML designed from scratch or copy & pasted into the blank design screen.

The application lets you create draft listings that have pre-filled info that stays the same, then you can go and copy the draft to create a new listing and fill in item-specific information. This has saved me so much time as I sell one-of-a-kind items within similar categories--for example, vintage jewelry. I can create a draft for bracelets, then go back and fill in the details for each unique piece. Then I can edit the jewelry draft to reflect information for necklaces, and then list all my necklaces, etc.

The software has a very friendly user interface that is easy to learn, plus it has many extra features & other selling platform integrations that I don't use that larger-scaled business would appreciate. For example, they have a report function and easily customizable screens with tons of choices so you can include/exclude whatever info is useful for your business.

I can't say enough about their customer service team. I always find them friendly and happy to help. You can report app issues right within the user interface, and the response time is quick. I always find the help team highly competent and ready to assist.
