We switched to 3Dsellers when Inkfrog went out of business, and what a wonderful upgrade it has been. They're more expensive than the $9.00 I was paying per month, but the amount of time I'm saving makes it well worth every penny. Listings take us about a quarter of the time, and the quality is amazing. My listings are now optimized for Google and mobile; editing listings in singles or bulk is super easy. The templates are super versatile and look great. I just can't express how much I like this site. Others have talked about glitches on the site. I've run into only one, which seems to have been quickly resolved. They seem to be upgrading and updating the site very proactively. The number of features that I should be using but haven't gotten to using yet is pretty amazing. I also use Selro for Reverb integration, and 3Dsellers is so much more user-friendly. If they integrate with Reverb soon, I'll be in reseller heaven.

Kinda overwhelmed by the amount of things that goes on behind the scene. Fortunately there is an effective tutorial to help ease the pain.

I work with e-marketplace and definitely recommend this program who does as well. It saves me so much time with business policies!

AVOID!! By far the worst customer "support" I've ever encountered.

Last year I signed up for 200 listing plan for $24/month, however any time I hit over 100 listings a popup would appear saying I hit my limit and that I need to upgrade, despite my account section still showing I had a 200 listing limit as was sold to me. The popup completely BLOCKS me from editing listings making the app unusable.

I contacted support about the issue and they fixed it (whole day of productivity lost), then a month later the exact same issue, again they fixed it. Third time it happened again I had the misfortune of being handed over to a "support" worker called Joe who has to be by far the worst customer "support" rep I've ever encountered.

Joe outright LIED that the plan I was on did not exist - despite my obviously being offered it to sign up for and 200 listings showing in my account (I even sent them screenshots), and the real support people with actual working brains admitting to it and resolving it so I got the 200 listings I was paying for.

Joe admitted I was being overcharged for what should be their much cheaper Essentials plan, and offered a refund for the difference as credit, but being fed up with it already I started looking around for alternative services, I then fell ill and assuming since Joe was aware I was being incorrectly charged he would have fixed that at least, but 5 months later I check my account again and see I'm still being charged $24/month for their Essential plan which on their own website is priced at $19/month.

I am absolutely disgusted by your unprofessional response. I have ongoing health issues, fixing YOUR mistake wasn't my top priority but this is none of your business.
Refund aside, why did you not correct the charge when you yourself were aware and admitted the plan didn't exist and that I was being incorrectly charged? Did you intend on continuing to overcharge me for as long as you could get away with it?
If I do not receive a positive confirmation that you will issue the refund for all money stolen then this will be my final correspondence and I will file a charge back via my bank with this email thread as evidence. Ridiculous.

But because you seem to really be struggling, I will make an exception for you, G******. I am cancelling your account effective immediately, and issuing the refund.

I was flabbergasted, this dimwit KNOWS this was their mistake from the start and rather than fixing it or at least apologising, he acts as if he's doing ME a favour and as if I took a dump in his breakfast by not responding sooner, like I don't have much more important things to do as a business owner than chase up incompetent thieves for $5.

So you judge for yourself if Joe is the type of "person" (can't be a real person tbh) you want your money going to. Meanwhile I will have to waste more time on this nonsense company to file a chargeback.

Shocking lack of accountability.

If you are looking for an e-commerce management tool that will mess up your listings, cause genuine financial losses, and then completely refuse to refund the damage caused by their own platform’s bugs—look no further than 3Dsellers.

We experienced a massive listing and system error that hit our store hard. Despite proving the fault lay entirely on their end, management has completely failed to compensate or refund the losses. Unreliable software is one thing, but a management team that hides behind excuses instead of paying for their mistakes is another. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid.

They don't follow their TOS-- states a 30 day refund policy if its your first month subscribing. Was my first month subscribing and the helper "Joe" was essentially useless and kept denying me of a refund despite me fully qualifying. Don't recommend, very sketchy.
