Absolute scam and a total waste of time. Avoid this predatory app!
Do not waste a single second of your life downloading 3Dsellers. I wanted to first try the app so downloaded a free 7 day trial. Sadly these people are tricksters who intentionally use a predatory bait-and-switch layout to hold your data hostage and force you into a paid upgrade.
I set aside two hours specifically to try moving over about 50 listings from a secondary eBay account over to my primary store. The app lets you go through the entire hassle of linking your multiple accounts, logging into eBay, and syncing your data. But the second you actually try to use the software to do the job, they completely brick the interface.
They intentionally lock the grid so you cannot access row actions, click titles, or use basic single-item features. If you try to select items, the row just turns blue and hits you with a paywall notification claiming bulk actions are restricted to one item. They even block the standard "3Dsellers Drafts" button to prevent you from doing it manually 1-by-1, all in a desperate attempt to force you to pay for an upgrade.
This app does not save time—it steals it. They hide basic core features behind an active trap after you've already done the work of connecting your stores. Their customer onboarding is deliberately designed to frustrate you into opening your wallet. I am deleting this useless app immediately and will never give them a single penny. Save your sanity and use any other multi-channel tool or do it for free directly inside eBay Seller Hub. 3Dsellers are a complete waste of time and won't even let you try their system properly. Greedy, money grabbing and unhelpful!

I’ve been using 3dsellers for over 6 months now.

The service helped me connect 4 eBay and Etsy sites into one place.

Because of the huge number of settings, it might look a bit complicated at first, but after a short time, everything becomes clear.

My main need is inventory synchronization, and the service handles it perfectly. It's also super convenient to copy listings to different eBay and Etsy sites. The service even does a great job with translating listings into German, which was a pleasant surprise.

Customer support works great—they are always helpful and resolve issues pretty quickly.

I have not used this software. I am learning, but so far so good.

I've been using 3Dsellers for the past 3 months, and it's made managing my eBay store much easier. The automation features save me time, the platform is easy to use, and the customer support is always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend 3Dsellers to any eCommerce seller.

Well it's a little confusing and I'm still learning how to use it it's really a great tool tool for helping write listings and optimizing them

We switched to 3Dsellers when Inkfrog went out of business, and what a wonderful upgrade it has been. They're more expensive than the $9.00 I was paying per month, but the amount of time I'm saving makes it well worth every penny. Listings take us about a quarter of the time, and the quality is amazing. My listings are now optimized for Google and mobile; editing listings in singles or bulk is super easy. The templates are super versatile and look great. I just can't express how much I like this site. Others have talked about glitches on the site. I've run into only one, which seems to have been quickly resolved. They seem to be upgrading and updating the site very proactively. The number of features that I should be using but haven't gotten to using yet is pretty amazing. I also use Selro for Reverb integration, and 3Dsellers is so much more user-friendly. If they integrate with Reverb soon, I'll be in reseller heaven.

Kinda overwhelmed by the amount of things that goes on behind the scene. Fortunately there is an effective tutorial to help ease the pain.
