LitCommerce is a very powerful tool. There are a lot of moving parts, but support is extremely helpful. As I was working on some drafts I was contacted by Evelyn and she was extremely helpful in making sure I was using all the tools that LitCommerce offers. She showed me how I could apply certain templates to all my drafts at once instead of one by one. Saving me a bunch of time! Highly recommend LitCommerce!

Pauline was fantastic, and very helpful helping me sort out an issue with an error I made in duplicating my main store.

Customer Service is slow, robotic and sometimes even unresponsive, lots of techincal issues. Not happy as I pay alot of money for this service.

Harvey has made this an awesome experience. He has been most patient with me and I was able to celebrate my first publishing with him. All representatives should be this pleasant to work with to achieve success. Give him two raises he deserves it!
