Worst company in the world I requested dozen times to cancel and refund and they knocked on. It is ridiculous. Do not deal with this company. If you actually wanna get somewhere, they will not help you.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with LitCommerce, and I strongly advise against using their service. I attempted to list one single product on Amazon using their platform, and somehow, their system broke my Amazon account. As a result, I can no longer create new listings against new offers, which is a serious issue for any seller.

When I reached out to their support team for assistance, their response was completely unhelpful. I requested a partial refund since they failed to deliver on their core promise—the ability to list on Amazon through their service. They flat-out refused any compensation.

Instead of taking responsibility and working directly with Amazon to fix their API issues, they told me to go deal with Amazon myself. This is unacceptable, as the issue was entirely caused by their platform. Rather than taking accountability, they simply washed their hands of the problem and left me to sort out the mess.

If you’re considering using LitCommerce, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their service is unreliable, their support team is unhelpful, and worst of all, they refuse to fix their own system failures. Stay away if you value your time, money, and your Amazon business.

Litcommerce is great. I have over 1000 active listing on ebay and I was able to efficiently import all of my listings to my website on squarespace. Photos, description, price, inventory, everything. I continue to use Litcommerce every week to import new listings. What a huge time saver. It's the perfect solution for my expanding and growing my business.

Wow! What a timesaver and so easy to use. The Customer Service is TOP NOTCH, and I would have given up trying to coordinate SS, TT and Etsy by now. This coming from someone super fluent in online mktg and selling and computers. THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Rachel helped solve my issues with an image variation issue that was giving me troubles. She walked me through every step typed out and with images to guide me. Made it super easy! All my other products were uploaded to the tik tok store without any issues directly from my squarespace store. Now all my products are listed without much effort from me at all!

The application is User Friendly and provides everything that I need. I also like how I can solve any issues myself and someone is always available via Chat with immediate response.

She took the time to understand my issue, review it, and provide valuable links for me to read so I understand the listing process.

She helped me familiarize myself with the management panel, and I’m definitely considering subscribing to the service as it offers exactly what I need.
