Very smooth meet and greet, with clear directions to meeting point in airport. Our driver (Joao) was very courteous and gave us lots of tips on where to visit etc.

Extremely happy…
Extremely happy with the airport shuttle in Lisbon. Following delays in both arriving and departing flights, we had to change both shuttle times (and the pickup address on departure) as well, this was carried out without any problem.

Very good experience with Lisbon airport transfers! Our flight was almost one hour late, but the driver was right there in the airport waiting for us. Then I was unlucky and forgot my jacket in the car, and the driver came by on his free time to give it back to me, amazing. Both the trip from and back to the airport was right on time and the drivers very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wish there were more stars to rate this company. 18 of us came for a hen weekend and from the start they were professional, replies were prompt, our driver George was just wonderful always on time and communications were clear keeping in touch with us for all journeys booked. Would recommend them highly and would definitely use again. Thank you

Wat een geweldige chauffeur is Hugo! Hij heeft ons tal van leuke tips gegeven, onderweg van alles verteld over de geschiedenis en ons meteen een heel fijn vakantiegevoel gegeven. Ik had dit niet willen missen. Ook op de terugweg kwam hij ons keurig op tijd afhalen en heeft weer heerlijk met ons gesproken in perfect Engels. Een echte aanrader!!

Transfer was excellent, met us at the gate in Lisbon and arrived 10mins early for our departure collection getting us to the airport with time to spare.. Cars were extremely clean, drivers were very helpful and friendly…

Reliable service, not expensive, highly recommended!
We booked the service from Lisbon Airport to Cascais and back. It was perfect! Upon arrival our plane was more than an hour delayed, the driver was waiting with no extra charge. On our way back there was extreme traffic jam. The driver came earlier than expected and took us via alternative route to the airport within 45 minutes. The price was fair - 70 € for 4 adults including luggage with a quite comfortable van. We highly recommend the service!

Pleasant efficient service
Our driver was outside waiting for us just before the appointed time at 5 am. It was a quick ride to the airport. The car was clean and roomy. Booking the transfer was simple online. I would definitely use them again.

Quick but late
The driver was late, a lot of hanging around at the airport. Was not really sure where he was going. However, once we got going and confirmed destination, he was very fast, which was good since I had an appointment.

My pleasure to let your potential clients know how good your services are! Two days before my arrival to Lisbon I booked a private transfer with a Mercedes E-Class and two stops in the city. Everything was confirmed by the agent via email.
My biggest surprise came when I landed and had been pick up by an dusty Opel (big price difference) and the driver informed me that he can't take the complete trip and he is going to drop me off at my first stop (because he has other clients waiting) and after I should take a taxi to my final destination! After I talked to the manager and waited like 15 minutes in the airport parking he agreed to complete the trip as I requested!
