Very smooth meet and greet, with clear directions to meeting point in airport. Our driver (Joao) was very courteous and gave us lots of tips on where to visit etc.

Good service
The whole experience was fairly seemless. Had to wait a few minutes for the driver, and we had a lot of stuff travelling with a baby, but we all fit in and arrived safely to our flat in good time. Would book again.

Great service
LisbonAirportTransfersTo offered the best price I could find. They contacted me in advance and appeared right on time. The driver who delivered us to our hotel was keen to recommend restaurants when we asked. The driver who returned us to the airport knew lots of local history that we hadn't learned. He also knew the best methods of getting through very thick traffic back at the airport. Will use again. Very pleased.

Excellent, professional service. We would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. When we arrived at our destination, our keys where not where they were supposed to be. The driver called the owner and helped us tremendously.

Wonderful driver
Initially it was difficult to know where to meet the driver and we were passed on to 3 different employees of the firm which was a muddle. However our driver was magnificent and deserves the 5* rating. When we arrived at our destination he took great care of us, helping us to find our Airbnb - which proved rather difficult.

Great service and very friendly…
Great service and very friendly drivers. We were delayed on our flight to Lisbon and the driver waited the extra 1.5 hours.
They contacted us prior to pick ups ,which made the experience very smooth.

Good service with some issues
The driver was late, it was night (3 am) and no one answered the help line. Eventually someone picked up but a men was so sleepy that I couldn't understand what he was saying. When I called him again he was clearly upset that I woke him up and yelled at me that I interrupted him from talking to the driver. Finally, the driver arrived (15 minutes late) but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Extremely early transfer
We have had a 3:40am pick up to make a flight out of Lisbon. Our driver was on time, kind, and made our very early transfer enjoyable.

Good service
I got a call while waiting for our bags in the baggage hall, from the driver who was courteous and spoke English well. I explained that we would be through in a few minutes. When we arrived at the airport arrivals there was a sign with our name on it. After a 10-15 minutes wait out taxi driver arrived and brought us to the car. The journey all went well.
We had arranged a pickup and it was the same driver who as mentioned was courteous and spoke good English. He arrived slightly ahead of schedule and brought us without problems to the airport in sufficient time to check in and make our flight.

Great service
I was booking for 8 people and thought it was going to be a hassle. It was the complete opposite. Originally I booked for 7 and had to rebook for 8, however I called up and it was sorted in 5 minutes. Our driver was waiting even when it was delayed and was extremely friendly and told us where the best places to go would be. I would highly recommend this company!

Lisbon Airport to Colares transfer
Very efficient operation. Came out of customs to a wall of signs with names including mine. Introduced myself and our driver walked us to his car, offering to help carry bags, and then drove us smoothly to our destination. Luckily he was on his toes as there were some interesting road manoeuvres from other drivers which made me relieved that I had not chosen to hire a car after getting the early flight. Only minor negative was that when booking we were told we could pay the driver but a couple of hours after booking we received an e-mail to say that we had to pay upfront by credit card. Not a big issue but odd that having been given the option it was then taken away.
